Great Experience

I give Hassett Ford a 5/5 rating because of their superior service. I shopped around dealerships in the area and Hasset exceeded my expectations. They were recommended to me by a local auto body shop and immediately treated me like family. I felt welcomed, secure, and confident they were treating me well. John LaRosa and Scott Rosenfeld are the best!

Great to work with

No hassells, quick delivery, super salesman!

Tim Coppola was a pleasure to work with...he gets "salesman of the year award" in my book! I told him what I was looking for, what I was comfortable paying and he made it happen without going back and forth like some other dealerships! He spent a great deal of time going over my new vehicle with me, making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with all the features. Wonderful experience!

Awesome salesman

Tim Coppola is an awesome sales man I sent them an email of the car I was looking for and he emailed me back and said I had it in stock come on down and within an hour we have everything wrapped up no problems this is the second car we leased from him and I'm sure will have a third and fourth

Best Car Buying Experience

Timothy Coppola is a great salesperson! His happy, jovial demeanor was extremely refreshing. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. He listened to me and did his very best to provide me with the specific vehicle I was looking for. When the car was delivered he made sure the process was quick and painless. His knowledge of all the different models and their options was very impressive. I wholeheartedly believe that Hassett of Wantagh is lucky to have him on their team.

It doesn't get better !!

In fifty years of buying cars I've never had a better car buying experience. John Fanuzzi is the consummate gentleman on top of being the most knowledgeable professional I've ever met. It's a pleasure to purchase a car and know that you've been treated honestly and fairly and be confident that you've received that best price possible. This was my second transaction with John and I will never buy a car anywhere else !

Always fantastic service/ Qualified staff/ Painless sale

Absolute Horror

Purchased a brand new Lincoln in the fall. First month bring back to them because of a heavy bang in all wheel drive. They says its the way I drive. It got so bad brought it back a second time that's the way it drives is the response. 3rd time they did oil change and said it was fixed. 2 months ago they agree its bad, they had it for 2 weeks and I had to call them who said the are waiting for a response from FORD another 2 weeks I get it back. Within a month the problem returns. Send car back again and it takes the 6 days to call me to say it is a problem and they will send to a transmission shop and wait for a Ford approval again THERE A REASON WE HAVE LEMON LAWS There should also have one for dealers who not only can't fix their product but can't respond to customers who pay $70,000 for a car. Fusion service review

Alex Balsamo arranged a service appointment for the Fusion at an early convenient time. On the morning of the appointment he had the car serviced promptly and the work was done very well. Mr. Balsamo is an excellent service supervisor and as a result I am entirely satisfied with the quality of work done at Hassett.
