I had a great experience at Hasset Ford.

I had a great experience at Hasset Ford. I was impressed with how efficient the dealership was run and how pleasent and helpfull everyone was. Our saleman Evan Shein was so knowledgeable, fast and actually fun! Got a great deal and was driving my new car in 24 hours.

This is my second Lincoln.

This is my second Lincoln. Jordan was excellent as usual. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I hope Hassett Lincoln realizes what an asset his is.

We were in yesterday and met with Jordan.

We were in yesterday and met with Jordan. It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership! Jordan was straightforward and worked with us from the minute we entered the dealership. We came in to look at an Explorer and wound up leaving the same day with a gorgeous new one! I was appreciative of the time Jordan invested and the attention to detail and to answering all of our questions thoroughly. He made the car buying process painless. Jordan walked me through the car before we left the lot, which was very helpful and called today to check in and follow up on anything outstanding. I would definitely go back to Hassett and work with Jordan again. Traci and Evan

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever. NEVER under any circumstances bring your car here for service or buy from this dealer. To make a very long story short - my husband's car stalled on the highway and he brought his 2013 Subaru Crosstrek to Hassett because a friend told him that there was a recall on the spring valve (from 5 years ago, which we were never notified of). Vlad wanted to charge my husband a few thousand dollars to breakdown the engine, even though that was a requirement of the recall. We checked the VIN and his car was covered by the recall. My husband then called Subaru headquarters who sent a tech supervisor to investigate the situation. The tech supervisor said the problem was due to the recall so the engine breakdown was covered. The tech supervisor said the "rocker arm had come loose from excessive lash, but was tied to the recall issue," and also added that there was no other damage. Hassett was forced by Subaru to preform the recall fix. My husband picked up his car (we live 2 miles from Hassett) and the very next day the car wouldn't accelerate and was constantly misfiring. My husband brought the car back to Hassett. The tech supervisor came out again to investigate, this time there was additional damage to the cam shaft (which was not there before Hassett worked on the car). Hassett told Subaru headquarters that there was a preexisting issue with the car (which was totally false). As a result Subaru would not cover the cost to fix the problem that Hassett caused. Thanks to Hassett lying to Subaru headquarters we have a car that doesn't run and can't afford a new one. This entire process (which Hassett prolonged) took over 2 months (my husband had to borrow cars to get to work for over 2 months).
