Do Not Deal With Platinum VW and Josh Lever
Josh Lever, Owner and "Sales Manager" of Platinum Volkswagen of Hicksville is a vile disgusting human. Josh didn't like that I left the firm a 1 star review for their SLOW service. Josh decided to call me and thought he could yell me into submission. Josh cursed me out and told me "come see me at the dealership." This is a unprofessional, rude, arrogant individual. Josh and his team also provided FALSE defamatory statements about me online - claiming my license was suspended. I am pursuing Josh Lever and Platinum VW for penalties for their defamation.

You can keep going to every website and posting false information. The fact is you had aftermarket parts in your car and drilled through an important part in the car and now your warranty on your car is in jeopardy. This is causing you to continue to behave like a child.

Bill Q and his Mgr are nasty. They lied and don't take ownership of their lies and mistakes. Would never buy a VW again or go back to this dealership. Tried to get car certified to buy, only to wait 2 weeks for a part that I never even was called when it came in. I had to call them. Then they changed the price and deal. Forget them! They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in 25 years. Go elsewhere!

Excellent experience, first time I buying a car whereby I didn’t have to haggle for a fair price and was given top notch customer service (from the initial test drive to final purchase date). I will definitely use Platinum again for my next VW!!

Owner called the police on me and my mother
The Owner, Josh Lever, called the POLICE on me and my mother. After receiving text messages to come pick up my car they Refused to take a credit card from us and then when we tried to pay cash the car was magically not ready and needed to be put back together. EI have never been treated so badly in my life.

Best Car Buying Experience, 10/10
I worked with Kadeem in the sales department, and it was by far the best buying process I have ever been through. He was professional, didn't play games, and was eager to earn the sale. The other staff was equally pleasurable, including the manager and financial department. I will for sure recommend friends and family and will be going back down the line.

I was cheated out of money for three years.
90 days left on my lease I went to re-up. Salesperson said I was paying to much on lease. Second dealership, same thing. DO NOT TRUST!

How can a sales person determine what you should have paid 3 years ago? You writing a review based on assumptions not real data. During the time period you leased your car you got a good deal, unfortunately the lease program on your car that had just come out was higher in the market place but not for the vehicle you chose. We wish you good luck.

Was able to settle terms on a end of lease vehicle and leave with 2 new leases, everything went great as they worked with me and mother vw for the best deal possible. They didn’t stop until I was happy with deal. No pressure tactics and even received personal text to make sure everything was still good with vehicle purchases for the next few days after purchase. Will definitely recommend and do buisiness with them ahain
