Adrian was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and...

Adrian was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire leasing process a breeze. He was extremely patient with my girlfriend and I as we were torn between a jetta and a passat. Adrian made time for us to test drive both vehicles or 2 different occasions. He never pressured us into making a decision and we really felt he had our best interests in mind. This is my 2nd car from Platinum and I will definitely return! Thanks for the amazing service Platinum Volkswagen!

John did a good job of determining the fix, providing a solution and a dead nuts accurate time estimate. Facility is small but clean, convenient and well appointed (good coffee, good wifi).

Quick service turnaround

John was helpful, clear on the repair and dead nuts accurate on the time to complete the job. The also took the time to lookup my records and not ask a lot of unnecessary questions.

Great Service

I had a different service advisor this time around. He actually listened to the problems I was having with my car, didn't dismiss them, and was able to fix each one. He was great!

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!

We loved the atmosphere. Rock music playing, open to animals, no pressure from sales people. Doc Perin was the highlight of our experience. Doc was knowledgeable about your vehicles, kind, funny, compassionate, generous, patient, accurate. This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Thank you!!

My husband and I walked into Platinum Volkswagon looking to possibly purchase a new Passat. Thanks to Doc Perin, we had the BEST car buying experience we have ever had.
