very disappointed & would never recommend this dealership. my boyfriend got in contact with a guy named Denise & texted him about a truck for a couple days. Saturday April 30th we were texting him in the morning & told him we wanted to come look at the truck but we lived two hours away so we were hesitant on coming. he assured us it would be worth the drive, that they would do anything that needed to be done to get us to drive away in that truck & if not they would at least fill up our gas tank for driving that far & not making a deal. we were told it was a great truck, in good condition for the year & low mileage. we told him we were on our way & he said "see you soon". so when we arrived at the dealership we were pretty disappointed to hear that Denise wasn't there & doesn't work Saturdays. Chris then told us he talked to Denise & knew the situation. the truck we were looking at was parked inside for us, since it was raining. that was nice, but when we walked up to this truck it was in awful condition. huge rust spot on the driver side window, the seat controls on the driver seat were missing (in the pictures online they were on there), there was water stains around the sunroof from leaking, tires had no tread left on them, when we opened the hood we found that the radiator was trashed. (none of these problems were shown in the picture). we knew coming into this it was a 2008, so of course there would be some ware & tear, but we were NOT at all expecting it to be in this bad of condition. Denise didn't mention any of this while texting him & knowing that we were driving two hours to come look at it we kind of expected it to be in a lot better condition, since we weren't told otherwise. when my boyfriend approached chris to tell him how disappointed we were in the truck, chris didn't try talking to us about it, didn't try to talk numbers with us to get us to buy it, or even apologize for it not being what we were told it was. he walked us back into the show room & said there was another truck on the lot but it wasn't in our price range. the entire time we were at this dealership we felt as though we were an inconvenience to the people working there. we didn't once sit down at a desk (they just had us standing in the middle of the show room) & talk numbers with them, they didn't try to work with us on anything even though the knew we drove TWO hours to BUY that truck. the truck that was out of our price range was only off by a couple grand, for us to drive that far & be so disappointed in the crappy truck that we came to look at you would think they would make a deal with us on the other truck and work with us on the numbers, since we were basically told a lie about the other one. they did NOTHING FOR US. when my boyfriend asked if they would work with us on the other truck chris told us there was nothing he could do about it. the appraiser that looked at the car we wanted to trade in was rude, had an attitude with us, didn't sit down with us to talk about our car or the numbers & again we felt like an inconvenience to him, he acted as though he was annoyed by us. we felt like we were being treated as children & everyone was degrading us. it was very irritating. we drove two hours for a visit at a dealership that lasted 30 minutes, when we had the money & were planning on driving away with a truck. completely their own loss for not making a sale, but very disappointed that we drove that far to be treated the way we were & not worked with at all. no one was welcoming & we didn't get the tank of gas that was promised to us if we couldn't make a deal. AWFUL DEALERSHIP.

Prompt, courteous, and efficient.
Got a prompt appointment. Was very courteous and helpful at the writeup. Used accrued points to get a free oil change. Work was completed very quickly. They always return the car freshly washed and ready to go.
