I drove my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to see if I could

I drove my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to see if I could get a good will repair on the head gasket since my Jeep only has 43,000 miles. I received no repair and no good will. They charged me $210 for nothing, my Jeep broke down less than 2 miles away after I picked it up, because whoever worked on it didn’t tighten the valve cover screws back up and one was missing. It was leaking oil and lost power, all the lights on the dash came on. I had to get it towed home. Of course, Ryan the service manager denied even doing anything to the engine, even though it’s in the paperwork they gave me. No accountability whatsoever. Do not patronize this dealership or their service center. Jeep does not stand by their crap 3.6L penstar engine. Stay away from these vehicles. Not reliable. I learned that the hard way👎

Service was good, but i am Still waiting on a call back

Service was good, but i am Still waiting on a call back about the exhaust manifold issue. I don't know if the part was ordered, and was told i would receive a call when ordered

Amanda in service was great, I pulled right in no waiting

Amanda in service was great, I pulled right in no waiting and service went right to work taking care of my 392 Shaker!!! Waiting area is nice, make your own coffee to your liking. Dave my salesman came right up and greeted me with a handshake and a smile asking how my Shakedown is driving. Driving it is a blast, miles of smiles!!!

Then process of buying a car is very simple at Bettenhausen. We have bought several cars there as well as our family members. Our sales guy Mark Whalen was exceptional and even after our purchase, he personally helped with some issues we had with the vehicle. Highly recommend Mark and Bettenhausen!

Ryan Scarpelli excellent salesman.

Ryan Scarpelli excellent salesman. Have purchased all our vehicles for past 30 years from Bettenhausen. Have always had excellent service from service department. No high pressure to buy a vehicle. Very accommodating to answer any questions. Have always had excellent experiences with all our purchases. Bettenhausen is only dealership we deal with.
