Adam was my salesman, and he went above and beyond. The night I came in to look at cars, the dealership was short staffed, and he took great care of me and 2 other customers all at the same time. He was honest and up front, and did everything he said he would. I highly recommend this dealership and Adam.

Recommendation of Salesman Adam Dorn at Keeler Honda - Albany, NY About a year ago I went to Keeler Honda to buy a new Honda Fit, and I met salesman Adam Dorn. He made my purchasing experience go so quickly and smoothly that when I decided it was time to buy a used Honda CR-V, it was back to see Adam at Keeler Honda again. On Tuesday I sent him an email to see when he would be in the showroom, and mentioned one low mileage vehicle on their website that I was interested in checking out. His response was that the vehicle I mentioned had been sold, but he was sure they could find another one I would like. When I got to Keeler Honda, he was involved with another customer, but before I could even talk to the receptionist, he came over to greet me, and asked someone to bring up a 2016 CR-V he thought that I would like. I had some time to explore the vehicle he had selected for my consideration. It was beautiful and surprisingly had only about 14,000 miles on the odometer. I fell in love with the car. When Adam came out to see how I liked the car, I asked “How much is it?” His response was “Same price as the one I had seen online.” I was pretty much sold, even before we took it for a test drive. He worked with me pricing a couple of things I wanted to add, such as a roof rack and a trailer hitch. They already had some information on file from last year, such as the name of my insurance agent. I placed the order, and looked forward to picking up my car on Friday. I decided that I also wanted to get Honda floor and trunk mats; I sent him an email that he would get when he came in on Friday morning, inquiring if they were in stock. His reply was that they were in stock, and he would have them installed before I came in at noon. More great service! Having bought two Hondas within 11 months, I should not be in the market for another car for some time, but I would not hesitate to recommend Adam Dorn and Keeler Honda to anyone shopping for a car!
