Great service department

Used their service for repair and was very satisfied with the quick service. Paul, the service manager was very professional. Purchased my used car a few years ago and have been extremely happy.

Service Depatment

I purchased a previously loved 08 Lexus RX 400 h-ybrid out of state. We use New Country of Latham NY for all its maintenance and service if needed. The entire team is nice, professional, fast, and accommodates your needs as best they can. The waiting room is comfortable, up scale, has nice amenities like TV, coffee, etc... It is almost pleasure to pay, ? ( considering the top quality the service department provides )

Help when needed

Service is always friendly and good but when my granddaughter was having heart surgery 150 miles away I was able to keep the loaner car for four days , no problems. It took a lot off my mind. Thank you. Repairs and facilities are good too just couldn't get the stars to work

No attention to detail.

First let me say that this is my fourth Lexus and I have always dealt with a dealership in Wilkes Bare, PA and they are meticulous so I thought this place would be the same. My vehicle needed a timing belt service and I decided that a Lexus dealer would know the vehicle and I would receive Lexus service. I was wrong. I should have taken it to my trustworthy local mechanic and I WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH HAPPIER. Advisor was okay, maintenance / repair not so much. Received a call from the Service Advisor a couple of hours into the appointment and he informed me that the battery was bad and the battery terminals were so badly corroded that the mechanic was afraid to touch them. He quoted three hundred dollars and change for a new battery and terminals. Not new cables....just terminal ends and a battery. I declined this service because the battery is a Die Hard Gold and is only a year old. Took the vehicle back to Sears for a replacement battery and they cleaned the terminals and let me know there is nothing wrong with the battery or the terminals. By the way, the battery check and terminals cleaning was free. After picking up the vehicle and paying my $1600 and change for a timing belt and a couple of new keys, I heard a rattling noise coming from under the hood on my way home. Got home and checked under the hood and ALL of the engine cover hold down retainers were missing. This was upsetting as I had installed ALL new hold down hardware three months prior to this service being performed. Looked a bit further and found the coolant reservoir was completely empty and the coolant level in the radiator was also low. Also one of the hoses that was removed during the service was only halfway installed. Called to let them know what I found and the service advisor (a different person than the guy I originally dealt with) pretty much spoke over me and informed me that I needed to bring the vehicle back ( over 60 miles each way). I told him I lived a long ways from the dealership and asked him if it was going to be okay to drive the vehicle back with the coolant so low and he said "it shouldn't be a problem"???? At any rate, I filled the radiator, drove the vehicle back and they made the corrections while I waited. Looked under the hood and all seemed fine but a when I got home and looked a little closer they had installed two metal nuts on one of the engine covers which is again upsetting as I had paid $14 a few months previous for the two correct plastic "Genuine Lexus" hold down devices I know this seems picky but if you bring in a Lexus one would think they would get a Lexus back. The whole ordeal has left a poor taste in my mouth for this particular dealership's service department. Won't be going back there for ANYTHING.

Horrible Car Detailing Service

Horrible Car Detailing Service (money is west) I had my car detailing service done from there. They did just a simple out site wash. When I picked up the car it was wet because they drove the car to service center from out site while it was raining. The car?s interior was not even polished, mates were not shampooed, dashboards were not cleaned, and not car freshener inside. Outside of the car was not buffed or, clean properly, no towel dry. Next day, I took it back, but the manager was rude and defensive, and kept telling me for $149.99 + tax = $160, that is the service they offer and did not take it bake for rework. I am very disappointed, this is not a detailing service; I could have gotten better carwash from any professional car wash service.

Good Experience at New Country Lexus

Just purchased my first Lexus at New Country Lexus. I worked with Angel in sales, Frank in financing, and Corey who took his time explaining all the features of my new vehicle. The staff were all professional, kind, and patient. I would highly recommend this team at NCL.
