I have no complaints with Toyota of Clifton Park. They have always made me feel welcome and has always explained anything I don't understand, which is... helpful considering I know next to nothing about cars. They also work around my schedule and look at other options if something can't be done as soon as possible.
I am very happy with my car purchase. I couldn't ask for better customer service from any dealership. I was treated great,from the greeting at the door... when I walked in, to the buying process and then the delivery of my new car. My salesman Kevin Marinello was very attentive through the whole process. The manager Michael Raucci is a great guy to deal with. I will be buying my next car at Toyota Of Clifton Park. With this kind of service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I receintly purchased a highlander from new county. Sales guy matt bevevino was excellent, would pre-pick and warm up cases in lot, no nonsense pricing... and very knowledgeable. The entire transaction was overall a good experience.

I stopped by for my 5k oil change and was very politely reminded that my 2017 Highlander only needs an oil change every 10k, but they needed to rotate... tires anyway! No worries, they did the 5k rotation and fixed a key programming issue I couldn’t do myself¿ Very happy with the way I was treated by the service writer, had a ice cold water and donut while waiting just a few minutes for the service to be completed.
I just wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a truck or car. The people there are always professionals and always say hello how may we help you with a smile... ¿ I just want to say thank you to mike R and his team keep up the great work. Kenneth maloney.
