Recently I was caught in a fierce rain storm on a long

Recently I was caught in a fierce rain storm on a long road trip and the settings on my 2022 Prius weren't functioning properly. I went to the closest Toyota dealer for help--Toyota of Clifton Park in Mechanicville. Paul Burrello came to my rescue, ducking out in the rain, and resetting the traction control and several other settings. I didn't buy my car at this dealership and I'm not in the market for a new car right now but when I am I will head directly to Paul Burrello. He was genuinely nice and he really helped me out.

Brought in for a simple oil change.

Brought in for a simple oil change. They accidentally changed my windshield. Mistakes happen but after telling us there would be no cost, our credit card got billed for $15. We tried to reach out for an explanation but did not get a response

Me and my wife needed a new 3rd row SUV and after some

Me and my wife needed a new 3rd row SUV and after some research, we settled on a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. We live near this dealership so we decided to purchase from them. We worked with the salesman Justin, who was knowledgable about the Grand Highlander and Toyota cars in general as well as relatable and down to earth. There was also little to no pressure throughout the entire process, making us feel like we were comfortable with our purchase. Chris, another one of the managers, helped us close our deal out. He was friendly and patient the entire time and explained all of the options available to us. If there was something we didn't want to do or add on, there wasn't any pushback and we weren't made to feel uncomfortable. We will be buying our next Toyota from New Country because of such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

My appointment was at 2:45 and I was out the door by

My appointment was at 2:45 and I was out the door by 3:30. Oil change, tire rotation and 10,000 mile check on my 2024 RAV4 hybrid was done while I waited and I was sent a text message with a video of my car’s review prior to getting notified my car was ready. Thanks to Devan who serviced my vehicle and Tabatha my service rep.

Superior service in sub-zero temperatures.

Superior service in sub-zero temperatures. Matt and Patti in the body shop delivered exceptional customer satisfaction. My vehicle required body work, so I simply dropped my car off and Matt and Patti quickly found a replacement car for me and brought me back and forth to work. They also negotiated with my insurance company fixed my car swiftly and I was back in action in a week. incredible kindness and efficiency not to be forgotten. Thank you very much! hang onto these two!

I first dealt with this dealership when I accompanied my son there to purchase his first car. I saw how honest, intelligent, and well trained the staff were, and I was impressed, because it was much more welcoming than any other dealership I'd ever been to. When it came time for me to get my next Toyota, I headed north (I live in Albany) to purchase it from New Country Toyota. During the past couple years, I have continued to be pleased and impressed with every interaction I have had with this company, whether it was with customer service, management, and mechanical service. My history with New Country Toyota clearly outranks that of any other dealership with whom I have ever dealt!
