I recently bought a 2018 Chrysler 300. My salesman was Danny Obannon. Before buying the car, he was on the ball. He even came to pick me up from three Avis car rental place in Merrillville, IN. My car didn't have floor mats even I bought it, it was late and I wanted to go home, I let it go. Took me a while to get back to the dealership to have the car detailed so I bought some mats till I could take the car in. When I finally took the car in to have it detailed, it took 3 days to detail the car and for some reason they wound up replacing the windshield, was never explained too me. So when I got the car back still no mats for the car. I asked about the mats, and and all he gave me was 2 used front mats no rear mats and didn't think twice about it. That really ticked me off because I spent $20,000 on a car, and couldn't get new mats for the car, or the netting for the trunk. You think after spending $20,000 on a car they could at least make sure everything that was supposed to be in the car was in there. I have taken my car to the service dept., they always treated me good there.
