Friendly, nice, making a purchase was very easy.

This was a total bait and switch action.

This was a total bait and switch action. The car shown in the ad looked decent and someone contacted me to make an appointment to do a test drive at the dealership. While on the phone, I asked if there were any mechanical issues, etc with the car and the representative said no. When I got to the dealership, the salesman shook his head and said the advertised car was a mechanic special and was sitting on two flat tires at that time. I was expecting to pay cash for the full amount of the vehicle and drive away, but instead I left empty handed and very disappointed. I was asked if I wanted to do financing and declined.

Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan on December 26, 2023

Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan on December 26, 2023 from this location for $11,500. Had a ton of issues with the dealership paying me for my trade in, title issues of them not submitting docs to Illinois on time and now my van is sitting in a shop getting a new transmission for $3800 because this one went completely out in the highway. The dealership is shady! Robert my sales person very rude! Their accounting department, very rude! And when you call to ask to speak with someone in management, they look up your deal and connect you to your sales person. Management won’t speak with you and frankly if you do get them on the phone, I’m sure they would careless what you have to say either. Avoid this place! You will be sorry if you don’t. Be sure to read all the 1 star reviews to get a good sense of the true colors of this location. And watch, someone from dealer will comment saying call them and will sign it Jerry Thomas. If this so called Jerry Thomas cared, he’d pick up the phone and call. They know who I am, I reported them to the State of Indiana as well. Update: As of 2/19/2024 I've had to replace the transmission for $4100 and the thermostat for $31, and its still overheating. Dealership has not reached out to help me with the cost of all these repairs on the vehicle they knowingly sold me that needed a lot of repairs.
