I recently visited for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I would like to commend my service advisor for the outstanding level of service provided. From the initial greeting to the final vehicle handover, the advisor demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction The entire service process was handled in a timely and efficient manner, with the work completed exactly as scheduled and without unnecessary delays. The advisor kept me well informed throughout, explained the services performed, and ensured that all my questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail, courteous demeanor, and focus on delivering a positive experience greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction with the visit. It is clear that they take pride in their role and in representing the dealership to its customers I highly recommend this service advisor and will gladly return for future maintenance needs. Their performance reflects the high standards of customer service that are essential in today’s automotive service environment.the people I normally work with are JOE B., JP, And the service advisor I believe is Victory or Vincent. But it’s people like this that make me not worry about going into see them. They are honest

I took my car with 12,000 miles on it for an inspection

I took my car with 12,000 miles on it for an inspection and they told me I needed all 4 brakes replaced to the tune of $1700.00 . I bought my last two car at Lia ....I will not be going back ...........I took the car to another place and my Brakes passed with flying colors ........They will try to cheat you

Anthony, We appreciate the opportunity to inspect your vehicle and understand there was a difference of opinion regarding the condition of the rear brakes. However, we’d like to clarify that the total estimate provided was not solely for brake work. It also included time-based maintenance recommendations appropriate for the vehicle’s age, regardless of mileage. While we understand you may not agree with all of the suggested services, our responsibility is to inform you of any maintenance or repairs that support the long-term health and safety of your vehicle. Ultimately, the decision to proceed with any service is entirely yours, and we respect that.

The brakes alone was $1700.00 ......and he said I needed all 4 brakes (rotors and Pads) replaced ........The car has 12,000 miles on it .....It didn't need a brake job .....Rust is always on the breaks ............You and Lia Honda tried to take me to the cleaners for something that didn't needed to be done ...I looked at the guidelines by NYS to when brakes should be replaced .....y car didn't fit NYS guidelines.....After my car passed inspection ........I had sent my nephew the Video you sent .....He has his license to inspect all cars trucks and semis .......He said you tried to take me to the cleaners .........I bought my last two cars from Lia .......I will not do business with Lia again .........Also I pain 90 bucks for an oil change .....Which I deemed high.....but I paid it without question ......You tried to take the wrong person

I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a Prologue or

I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a Prologue or EV. The staff are not knowledgeable about EVs and discourage you from buying or leasing one. They also gave us bad advice on the access of chargers. When I called to talk it through, they were inflexible right up to the general manager of the dealership. Basically, they advised us to take a credit for a charging network that we don't have any access to rather than a credit toward a home charger. Now, we're having to spend another $1,000 to get a home charger and are stuck with a useless $750 charging credit. The general manager had zero sympathy and kept passing the buck to "corporate." I think you can do way better than Lia Honda in Albany, especially for EVs.

We regret to hear about your experience with the charger selection for your Honda Prologue. At the time of purchase, customers are given the choice between a home charger or $750 in charging credits. Once that selection is finalized and the sale is reported to Honda, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes to the choice. Most customers take some time to research which option best fits their lifestyle and charging needs before taking delivery, as availability can vary by location.
