While the service was generally good and I was
While the service was generally good and I was comfortable during the three hours I had to wait, I was frustrated with the cause of the problem (a car repair shop used a non-Honda light bulb when rerpairing my car after an accident) and I received 2 calls from Lia after the work they did was dfone claiming my credit card payment didn't go through when I was able to find that it had on my on-line account with the credit card company.

He knew the car we needed, its features, and its benefits for us. He also helped take us through the financial issues and prepared us to meet with the business officer. We have dealt twice now with Jai; he is competent, courteous, and consistent. We are glad that he will be there for us in the future. It's great to get into and out of the HR-V pain free!! M & I
