Great experience! Would shop here again (but hopefully not for a while, heard Hondas last forever!)….meanwhile, I will recommend Lia Honda in Albany to others.

Ernie Walton is an asset to Lia Honda he is helpful, honest and trustworthy. I had an oil change and had everything checked out for a road trip I also asked if he could check out my inner tire rod as I was told in Jan it needed to be fixed. He had 3 different mechanics check it, all of them said there was nothing wrong with it.. It really gave me peace of mind to know my car was road trip ready..

While the service was generally good and I was comfortable during the three hours I had to wait, I was frustrated with the cause of the problem (a car repair shop used a non-Honda light bulb when rerpairing my car after an accident) and I received 2 calls from Lia after the work they did was dfone claiming my credit card payment didn't go through when I was able to find that it had on my on-line account with the credit card company.

Jai Patel: sales agent. Jai walked us through this whole process so easily and handled every detail so that we were completely at ease every step of the way. We rate Jai's service as excellent. He knew the car we needed, its features, and its benefits for us. He also helped take us through the financial issues and prepared us to meet with the business officer. We have dealt twice now with Jai; he is competent, courteous, and consistent. We are glad that he will be there for us in the future. It's great to get into and out of the HR-V pain free!! M & I
