    Consistent, quality service - Wes Harrington and his technical team was truly interested in solving problems I had with tires and brakes. This makes 10... years experience with Lia Honda for me and I trust them in ensuring I drive a safe and reliable vehicle. Owning a Honda helps too. Thank you!

    I brought my CRV in for a recall of the pad on the shift lever. Joe Calabucci was very personable and efficient. He called me within the timeframe he... mentioned to tell me my car was finished. Very nice experience.

    I bought my car here, new and had such a good experience that I go here every time I need something done to it. The service center is beyond fabulous.... No matter who "gets" or is in charge of the car when I drop it off for an appointment I'm amazed at how nice they are. Car issues had always made me nervous in the past. They have a way of speaking to you that isn't pushy or drastic and no matter what it is it'll all be fine. This past time I went in for a front headlight that was out. It was the coldest day of the year, I had night dropped my car off and in the morning the battery was dead. They had to jump it to get it in the garage. Walter Cook called me to let me know they jumped it, had hooked it up to a tester and suggested that I get a new one but it was totally up to me. Of course I said go ahead and didn't even need him to explain that I might be fine but....and the new battery had an eight year warranty, etc. I just said go ahead because I completely trust this service center. They have never steered me wrong and I know my car is in great hands when they have it. They have always answered any questions I had multiple times if needed and the answers make sense to a non-car person and always in a calm voice. The hours are great, the staff is friendly, when I have waited for something quick on it I have enjoyed the comfortable waiting room and I'd never go anywhere else!

    Joe Calabucci has consistently provided top quality service to my vehicle. I never feel uncomfortable leaving my vehicle in his care and my service visits... are never prolonged!

    Joe Wiley did an excellent job getting a big service done on my car in a day so we could get out of town. He kept me apprised of what was required and... everything was done to my satisfaction. He even reminded me to print my coupon.

    My Honda CRV driver side tire was extremely low. I made an appointment with Steve Smith to look at it. I only schedule my CRV to be serviced by Steve Smith.... He looked at all my tires, which were low, and rotated them. I didn't even know the others were slightly low. He explained why the low tire pressure light did not come on which was a relief to me as I thought that might be broken. And then he took time to help me program my phone book in my car as this is relatively new to me. Steve is great about making time for me and all of his customers. He explains what is going on with my CRV in terms I can understand and he takes the time to answer any questions I have. I have had my car serviced at Lia for years and by Steve during all this time. I only go to Lia to have my car serviced. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I see Steve because of the long history I have had of bringing my car in for him to service. His honesty about what is going on with my car and being able to explain things means a lot to me. Thank you Steve. I know I will be in again for my routine checkup.

    Christian Gabriels was absolutely fantastic in helping me purchase my CRV. He was very informational as this was my first time financing a car. He was... quick and easy to get a hold of. As far as Nick in the finance department, he was a little difficult to deal with it. It almost seemed like he did not want to speak to me at times. Overall Lia Honda was great and I definitely will be coming back in the future.
