Very friendly experience
Everyone at Mohawk Honda was great to work with when I went in recently to lease a vehicle. I have to be honest, I felt like a totally demanding customer with some last-minute requests I had during the process, but everyone was accommodating. I dealt primarily with Alison and she was really fantastic and patient-- even brought her dog to say hello when we were picking up the new car! Definitely recommend them.

We just bought a 2016 Honda CRV. We are extremely pleased with Mohawk Honda. The very first day we walked in we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Mark Ellis. We felt very welcomed. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. The staff was very informative about every aspect of the vehicle and purchase. Great Experience Getting my "New to Me" Honda Civic
I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Mohawk Honda and Dean Kennedy, the entire experience was a pleasure. Dean was helpful and friendly and the car is AWESOME. When I went to pick it up, Junior Yogendra explained how all the new features worked and literally wouldn't let me leave the car without making sure I understood how to operate it safely. Great experience, I highly recommend this dealership and will happily head back when it's time for a new vehicle!

Honda Odyssey
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Very flexible when dealing with trade in issues. Minor haggling over price, very reasonable response. When issues arose with my trade-in, the staff took care of all problems immediately and very generously. Highly recommend Damon and the dealership in general.

Great New CR-V Experience at Mohawk Honda
On October 21, 2016, my husband and I came to Mohawk Honda to check out the Mohawk Exchange program. We had just finished the second year of our lease on a 2014 CR-V, and we were invited to look at options to lease a 2016 CR-V. 5 hours later, we were driving a beautiful new CR-V. Our salesperson was Mike Bennice; he was outstanding in that he clearly explained why we should consider making this move at this time. There were several advantages to us, plus the newer model had some very appealing features and upgrades. From start to finish, it was an easy transition and we are extremely pleased. Thank you, Mohawk Honda and Mike. You really went out of your way to please us!

A Great Experience
Bridgette greeted me warmly and professionally and went through everything that needed to be done on my CRV, In addition, she made sure I found a comfortable spot in the waiting area and found me to explain additional recommendations. Once the service was complete she made sure all current coupons and discounts were applied to my invoice. There is nothing that could have been done better. Thank you very much.

Easy Purchase & pickup of my new 2016 Honda Pilot
I visited Mohawk Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Pilot and buy a new one. The car I wanted had been sold, so I looked at another Honda Model and then decided to wait for a new Pilot to come in from the factory. I had Lindsey Haraden as my sales consultant, and she is so knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. The 2 visits I had there were efficient, fast & easy. And the delivery coordinator Junior Yogendra was extremely easy to work with, explaining all the new features and electronics. And he is available via phone to answer any questions, as there is a lot of new features to figure out. Thank you both, and to the other employees I may have dealt with. Very pleasant experience! You should advertise how quick you can wrap up a sale! It's a big selling point in my opinion.

I gave Mohawk Honda the top rateing because as soon as I entered I went over to Bobby Taaffe told him my concern and he took right over helping me feel safe and not nervous. I didn't have this experience at other Honda locations. He had Justin help me feel comfortable as I was alone and had to make decisions by myself. Bobby then brought me to Eric for the paper work who was very professional and nice. Junior was the last person to show me all about the car and the details of it. A wonderful and respectful young man. So my total experience they all made for me they worked as a great team. I would send anyone there way. Thank you Honda for good leadership. Jeanne Ryan
