Great Experience!!

Aside from a minor title hiccup, I received a great deal, and service from Frank, who was very kind and did all he could do to get my title. Definitely would recommend Mohawk Honda to family & friends!!!

All the warm and fuzzies

We were referred by a friend to Mohawk Honda. We had purchased a civic from a different dealer in the past and had visited that same dealership earlier in the day to see what was on the lot. I found a certified pre-owned CRV there that I was interested in but wanted to look around more. The moment you walk into Mohawk, you can tell they run a very tight ship. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff all look to be happy doing their jobs. I was immediately greeted and sat down with Travis to talk about my needs. He really listened to me and was able to come up with a good selection of CRVs in my price range. He gave me a lot of information about Honda and I could tell he was passionate about the brand. My husband joined me and we took a test drive. I had good options but none of the cars had the right "vibe". I told Travis this and thankfully he got it and didn't think I was a weirdo. At no point did anything feel pushy. There was no overselling, just a genuine interest in wanting to help us find the right vehicle. There was actually a CRV that hadn't been processed yet and they let us take a look. It was perfect! It was almost identical to the one at the other dealer except better. I was very happy. To be honest, I was half considering just getting one of the other cars I had looked at there because I had already wanted to give Travis and Mohawk my business. The entire process, including my interaction with Stephen C. in finance and Rachael, who helped me with my blue tooth, was so smooth. Travis even helped with the car seats when we came to pick up the car. Amazing! Start to finish A+ service.

Katie Gattuso

Repeat buyer!

The place is amazing! No pressure sales ..great salesmen and service!!! Mike is an incredible salesmen..he makes u feel like family!! Jake does a great job teaching everything there is about the vehicle. Michele the reception st was polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer any question! These people are incredible here!

Great Experience

Very pleased with my experience at Mohawk Honda. We were tough customers, negotiated every penny we could, we were treated with respect, patience, and received a fair deal on a great product! Our sales person, AJ was very professional and I hope he has a long career in sales. He was fair, capable, and very pleasant to work with.

Overall Great Experience

A co-worker put me in touch with Brian McKenna. I contacted Brian on a Thursday morning about a specific car I saw on their website and he met my family and I that same evening. He was really busy when we got there, but as he had already pulled the car up front, he gave me the key and allowed us to go check out the car, on our own without hovering over us. It was actually pretty awesome. My wife and I got to discuss candidly about the car and see how the kids enjoyed it. The car was amazing. When Brian was available we talked money. He gave me fair value for my trade (was very close to my expectations) and we came up with a final number for me to provide my credit union. I was in the new car Monday morning a happy man. Brian McKenna was personable and a great communicator! Justin Mcgrath, who tested my trade-in was EXTREMELY friendly!

Mark Ellis is the best!

We had 212,000 miles on our 2004 Honda CRV so we bought a new Honda CRV and are very pleased. Mark Ellis ran in circles to get us the vehicle we wanted and Jake Doyle, who showed us the inner workings of our new vehicle was an absolute doll!

Overall it was a great experience, Lindsey is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her manager was great as well, but I can't remember his name.

Great Experience

When I arrived Friday at 1145 I thought I would be waiting a long time. It was not the case my sales rep and delivery coordinator work very well and I was driving away with a new car in less than an hour. Thank you Tas and Amalia; superb service..

Great Experience
