Lease of 2016 CR-V

This is the second vehicle that we leased from Mohawk Honda. Both experiences have been enjoyable with no stress. We are very happy with the customer service and attention to detail to please us. We plan to come back again for these reasons and the quality of the vehicles Honda makes.

Excellent Sales and Service

I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership and leased one for my wife's business as recently as 1 month ago. Fantastic experience!!!! Camren McKenna you Rock!!! Kelly Simone you Rock!!! and the best delivery coordinator Amalia Daviero you rock!!! Shout to Tiffany Szemplinski who approach me in the showroom when i was getting my car serviced and asked if i was still interested in the MXP program. Great experience!!! New HRV

Tas was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my new car. I've been a satisfied customer of Mohawk Honda since 2010 and have been happy with treatment I've received by all the individuals I've dealt with in the various departments. Nate Gagnon was helpful in choosing the correct financing options that met my budget. Matt Alverson covered all the bells and whistles on my new car in a very friendly and professional manner.

Superior Customer Service!

I was in the market for the purchase of a SUV and my sister referred me to Mohawk Honda. I met with Linda Vasko, sales person and I have to say that not only does she have good product knowledge, she also has great customer service skills. At the end of the day, I walked out of her office owning a SUV and also a very happy customer. Thanks Linda!

Mohawk Honda , our first visit

We had heard through advertising that Mohawk Honda had the largest pre-owned car inventory in the area. My husband and I had visited several dealerships and found just one car that met our criteria. When we arrived at Mohawk Honda they brought up 11 cars for us to choose from. Lindsay was an energetic sales rep, Steve was able to get a low interest rate for us and Matt did an excellent job showing us around the ins and outs of our "new" car. We were extremely happy with our first experience with Mohawk Honda.

Terrific Service

Once again we my wife Diane and I were provided with outstanding service by Camren. Camren as always was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, polite, and personable. He's a credit to your organization and we hope to continue ongoing business with Mohawk Honda and Camren. He makes the process smooth and enjoyable. Great guy. For the first time we met Caitlyn Speranza who did a fabulous job walking us thru all the bells & whistles and new enhancements of the '16 CRV. Caitlyn was extremely personable and knowledgeable as well.

Wonderful Experience

Before making the trip to Mohawk Honda, I'd visited six other dealerships looking for a mid-sized car with specific requirements. Although a couple of them were able to meet my needs, quite frankly, as a woman looking for a car, and mostly talking with salesmen, I felt I was given little information about the car, and felt as if they were just wanting to sell or for me to bring in my husband for the final sale. Linda, on the other hand, asked questions about what I wanted and comprehensively shared information about the Accord and its features, especially the safety features, and how it would react in a crash situation. She also explained why leasing was a better option than buying the car outright. I felt very comfortable with my saleswoman, Linda Vasko and, even though I live about 25 minutes from Mohawk Honda, I bought the Accord there. I've already recommended Linda and Mohawk to acquaintances as well as friends.

Pleasant Experience

I had received several calls regarding my lease and deals that were being offered. Went in and met with Travis Landry and it was an extremely pleasant transaction. Travis is very thorough and customer service oriented. Bekkah Dean explained all the bells and whistles. Thank you to both of you!

Excellent Experience!

Very happy with the efforts of Nick and Brad to find my new Accord at a great price. Everyone on the Mohawk Honda team who helped were pleasant and accommodating. I purchased here from Syracuse due to a great recommendation from a friend. Now I will recommend family and friends go here as well!
