Not a fan

Bobby is arrogant and aggressive. Purchased a car at a different dealer for a much better price. The sales manager seemed pretty chill, but Bobby was the worst. I get that I was trying to get a lower price than what was offered, but the way he spoke was downright disrespectful. I'm not gonna say that I would tell people not to go here, but I am gonna say to avoid working with Bobby.

Great customer service

I went in on a whim just to see how I fit in the Durango. I met the salesman Rich and he did everything in his power to have me buy a car that day. Never did I think I would leave with a new car that day based of my previous experiences at all the other dealerships I have been to over the past couple of months. Rich made a normal tense and stressful experience, calm and exciting. He made it fun to get the new car! Chris, the general manager, struck a conversation with me and was personable and engaging. It wasn’t about buying the car it was just about cars and car accessories in general. I will go back in a couple years when it’s time for my new car!

VERY Unorganized

Company is VERY disorganized. Called to get an estimate for service on my vehicle. I've called them 3 times in 2 days, each time they said they would call me back because the service advisors are too busy. Well, I have yet to receive a response. Don't rely on this company to return your phone calls. The service advisors are too busy to do so. Most dealerships have someone that can help you right away over the phone to give you an estimate but Healey does not have enough service advisors available to help which is a problem. This is not the first time I've had issues with Healey. They also schedule car appts on top of each other making you wait forever to get your car done.

Maniflow problem

Service is really bad they fix maniflow few months later same problem noise they put new screw gasket and now what I need good news is my first truck

Purchasing a new car

I was coming to look into leasing a car. After meeting with a salesman and test driving the car I wanted some number. I had a terrible experience. The sales man Ira was very rude. His mannerism or lack there of came off as hostile and unhelpful. He was reluctant and resistant on disclosing what he was trying to sell us the car for then preceded to get loud in middle of the store stating he will not “play these game”. I simply asked for the price of the car and instead got attitude and yelled at. I will never go back and hope no other customer has this negative experience with this salesman.

It’s a Jeep Thing

Nick was my sales guy. He took care of everything from start to finish, including follow up after the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler. Pleasure to work with! Quick and precise. Made the process quite easy. It was a win win. He is also part of the military, so I’m always happy to support people who work for our country. Thank you for your service. Great experience!

I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly. This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
