Excellent Customer Service

Hello, We cannot thank Duke enough for assisting us with getting the truck we wanted. We live in Northern Michigan and have been to three dealerships in our State and were jerked around not only by the sales people but the dealerships as well. Offering deposits and giving deposits yet never getting a truck. We weren't going to settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted due to the amount of money we were willing to pay. Five months later I was on line and found exactly what we wanted offerd by Healey Chevrolet. One phone call later......Sarah answered the phone and put us in contact with Duke. My exact words to her "I see you have a truck for sale that we want and we can't get assistance anywhere else". She put us in contact with Duke and he got the ball rolling. Always keeping us updated on the delivery and taking our phone calls even on his days off. This purchase went smooth and we were included in conference calls with Kevin for financing, Duke definitely made us feel like we were part of the team and was always up front and honest. He recommended a carrier to deliver our truck that one of his other customers used and that company was just as friendly and accommodating. We have to have a truck of this type to haul our new glamper (camper 😊). Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU very much!!!!! The truck is to deliver to our home tomorrow and we could not be happier. Mike Rosa Rose To the Occassion When others Couldn

Returning customer after many years away from this Dealership. My family needed a Larger capacity vehicle to include my aging family member on road trips. In a tough low inventory Market and after literally going to about 14 Dealerships multiple times, We ran into Mike Rosa. At first there was not a vehicle we were interested in but Mike went above and beyond to offer us options and eventually a couple days later found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. As a bonus , he gave us a fair price the 1st time rather than on the 3rd or 4th time. I deal with many Car Dealerships and had been here before but had shopped elsewhere in Recent Years but Meeting Mike Eosa was our best incidental engagement in a very long time. Mike k owned it out of the Park with his knowledge of the Vehicles and his down to earth personality. He valued us as a customer and didn't just consider us a number. We worked out a great deal on a New 2023 Traverse with equipped with exactly what we needed and wanted. HIS enthusiasm, dedication and extra effort made all the difference with our purchase and he ensured we will consider Healy once again for our future car and truck needs.

I had an problem with the service department so I emailed the owners. I received a call the next day from Brian Healey and he resolved the issue in 10 minutes! THAT"S the kind of hands on, 5 star service you get only from top notch dealers who genuinely care about customer service, Thank you again!

The Manager Andy is very unprofessional. I submitted a request online for a new Traverse and he asked me to come in to talk about it. Then I told him in 2019, they were unable to accommodate a lease for me, so I went to Major World and they did an amazing job, all in 1 day. Andy then turns around and tells me all Traverses have been sold and he has none left. I know of the shortage but he said there is no wait list for me. All Traverses coming in are already spoken for. As a store manager, that was very disrespectful and the CSR relaying this message to me was laughing. I would never do business with these people. Major World in LIC although its in the city was so much more helpful and professional.

Do NOT to business here. They misdiagnosed a problem while I had the warranty, and then doubled the price when my warranty expired. Bad company. I do not recommend them at all. They rip people off.
