WORST PEOPLE EVER. These guys will take your hard earned cash , sell you a car with glaring mechanical issues and laugh in your face when you demand accountability. Ignored my call for 3 days when I found out through my BMW dealership that they sold me a vehicle with a compromised engine ( turbo had a Frankenstein hack job done to it during their possession of the car ). I added a photo of two completely different screws - the black one has no business being anywhere near the turbo , and yet there it was. I also added a video I had a certified BMW technician take for me explaining and showing exactly the total recklessness and absurd standards South Shore Mitsubishi apparently endorses to make a quick buck. When I did get any type of response , the sales manager Khan , essentially diminished my concerns and questions. He didn’t take any type of responsibility and deflected from the very beginning DESPITE the VIN history and current evidence. He simply shifted the blame and ignored the facts. “Unprofessional “ would be a wild understatement to characterize his approach to this situation. These are professional scammers. Check out their Better Business Bureau reviews and see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR, FAR away.

I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from South Shore
I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from South Shore Mitsubishi on August 27, 2024, and paid a $675 DMV registration fee. I was told I’d be reimbursed the difference within 60–90 days after receiving my registration. That deadline has long passed, and I have yet to receive anything. On top of that, the dealership completely dropped the ball with my registration. I was forced to drive with expired temporary plates for a period of time while they failed to get their act together — putting me at risk of tickets and legal issues through no fault of my own (mind you I was 9 months pregnant and due at any moment- in fact had the baby and still had expired plates). To make matters worse, General Manager Oliver Elihu has ignored every one of my phone calls and emails. I’ve reached out numerous times, and he refuses to respond or provide any answers. The issues don’t stop with management — the entire staff, from the receptionist to the sales team, has been rude, unprofessional, and dishonest throughout the process. They lie without hesitation and clearly don’t care about customer service once they’ve closed the deal. If you want to be treated with respect, receive honest information, or get what you paid for, avoid South Shore Mitsubishi at all costs. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS !
