Out the door price was almost 50% more than advert

There was an Alfa Romeo Stelvio advertised online for $20800. Special Internet price. I called, and first they didn't know if the car was in stock, then I got a random text a few days later asking if I was still interested in it. So I called. I set up an appointment to go see the car, it wold have been a 3h drive, but it was low mileage and a decent price. After reading the review on here , I wanted to get an out the door price . On a $20800 - the out the door price was..... $29500 6% of that was taxes, and some of it was DMV fees, but really? Almost 50% of the car price added on. The helpful person on the phone explained to me that $0800 was too low of a price for that car and I should have expected fees to be added because that is what other dealerships do and cars are hard to purchase right now. Haha, needless to say I didn't buy it

Don’t get your hopes up big time bait and switch

I called about a car that I was very interested in after realizing they would not negotiate the price I offered them full price and they still declined to sell the car to me unless I did financing through their dealership and purchase a in-house warranty for $4000 that I could not use since I was buying it from three states away they never countered any offer I gave them they just declined very frustrating dealing with dishonest and deceitful tactics like this dealership I would not recommend this to anybody

Like others point out: this is a scam place.

I went here expecting a pretty good deal. Wish I had read these first. They did exactly what others point out here: after the test drive, they asked me about expected payment, never talking about price. This is a technique to avoid mentioning the principal on the loan. Once they had wasted enough time and I demanded to see a real number, it was $5K over advertised, putting them well above other deals for the same car. What a waste of time. They prey only on the uneducated, but even then I can't believe anyone falls for this crap. How are they even in business?

Dishonest dealer, deceiving online Pricing

Don’t waste your time going in there by looking at their online prices. They say clearly what the price doesn’t include in their disclaimer and yet add another $5,000 on top for market adjustment, essentially raising price by 15% on the vehicle we went to see. Reason given was because of chip shortages. No shortages anymore in Mar 2023. BTW They also said cash buyer would pay another 10% over the financed price. Biggest issue is dishonesty and not honoring their online ad. The sales man was sure that some fine print covered that market adjustment and didn’t even care to read the print out of the ad with disclaimer we took with us. Just a gimmick to draw people in and waste their time. I would have given worst than 1 star rating if it was possible.

!!!!! RUN AWAY !!!!!!

Please, do yourself a favor, and heed this and others' warnings. Do not believe the Google reviews. They are a bunch of scammers. As a few of these reviewers have mentioned, they will try to add additional market adjustments and warranties that are not necessary. The online price for a 2022 Bronco was $44k, after taxes and shipping it should have been about $48k. To my surprise, out the door quote was $55k... The rep proceeded to tell me the additional coost was for a warranty, even though the manufacturer's warranties were still good. He even admitted it was the case, and that the warranty was redundant, but refused to remove the warranty from the quote. Tried to tell me I wouldn't find another deal that good, even though plenty of other cars with the same year, miles, and trim were around the same price. Please, do not waste your time.

have a mechanic look at anything they have.. they hade things from you they don't give a dam, just want you money ran my credit with me saying its ok.... score drop -8 jerks ./.they should be in jail first week i needed to get new wheel bearings.
