I'll keep it simple.
I'll keep it simple. Showed up when they opened. Toured the lot. Found a vehicle that hit the good notes. Research vehicle, says according to cars.com it had been listed for 119 days, asking price ~$15,500. Inspected vehicle in person instead of through we browser, scratches everywhere along the side and on the driver side view mirror. Look on dash board, huge "AS IS" piece of paper stating the dealership offers no warranty, red flag. Examine tires, been swapped for a set that were roughly 7 years of age, equate that into price of replacement along with rims. Examine Rotors and brakes, rusted through and through, equated into cost of replacing parts and labor. Asked salesman/owner to turn the car on. They hand me the keys and I turn it on and pop the hood. Engine sounds decent for what it was. Remember plate said it was from California. Equate in salt-water damage into the price. Headlights all fogged up with calcium, old style yellowed lights, another point of investment on my end, equate it into the price. Basic amenities as far as interior goes, had bluetooth but that's hardly worth the price. Test drive vehicle, car listed as 33,330 miles on cars.com, odometer reads 33,378 miles. Either employees drove it that length or that many test drives had been conducted with no sales. Car handles okay, I chalk that up mainly to it being a Toyota. Bring it back, park, head inside to speak to the salesman/owner. Ask if I could take it on an in-house lift to see the undercarriage, salesman/owner tells me they don't have one in house. Proceeds to claim he receives examination photos of undercarriage before he purchases, neglects/omits producing them to me automatically since I had made mention of wanting to see said undercarriage (Doesn't matter, they wouldn't show 119 days worth of sitting on muddy rocks anyway, it was more of an honesty check). Air my grievances and ask him how long he'd had the vehicle sat on the lot, he tells me about a week or two. Lie after lie, offer what I did in cash. He still wants full price claiming, "I've put too much into this vehicle". Obvious lie. TLDR; Vehicles are sub par and risky, lot is subpar, personnel will bold face lie to you, BUYER BE-VERY-WARE. If I could upload photos, I have this amazing shot of two vehicles in the lot that I noticed were actually pushed into each other, looked like something right out of a minor accident that happened on the lot and they just left it there. If they treat their products like garbage, imagine how they treat something they're actively trying to shove off on you for your money.

I highly recommend Bracken Motors in San Antonio to
I highly recommend Bracken Motors in San Antonio to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle from someone who is both trustworthy and committed to finding customers the right vehicle for them. My low-mileage 2011 Ford Ranger was totaled by a woman driving while on a phone. While trying unsuccessfully to find another good truck to buy, I saw there was a potential one that seemed clean and reasonably priced in San Antonio at Bracken Motors, so I drove a rental there from Austin. The truck turned out to be huge and I didn’t like the crew cab because - especially after my little Ranger - rear visibility wasn’t so easy. However, Mr. Bracken said he would get me something good, and he did not disappoint! He found an F-150 with a regular cab in excellent condition, sold it to me at a price much lower than he could have, and it had even fewer miles than my Ranger had had, plus he had it delivered to me! Throughout the whole process, Mr. Bracken and his assistant were more helpful and much friendlier than any other dealers I had encountered. They took the trouble to locate a great option for me, saved me a lot of time and money, and made the whole experience very pleasant.

Quality Vehicles most with low miles for the year.
Bracken Auto has a lot of low mileage vehicles at fair prices. All of the vehicles there are very decent shape. I went in today to test drive a 1999 Mercury Marquis . I bought it today. Very happy with the staff Beth Brian and the other gale were very nice.

Civic Very Satisfied
Bought a 12 year old Civic in excellent shape and very low miles. Drove an hour and a half to see it. Great prices on hand picked vehicles! It's not a fancy dealer lot (dont let that scare you), I'm sure that keeps overhead down. Thank you for a great experience!

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of state without being able to touch it, see it in person, drive it.....but I bit the bullet because I had been looking for a year for a particular vehicle (specific color, year, mileage, etc). I signed up with cars.com to search for my dream car and never found one close enough. Well, then I came across Bracken Motors with my dream car. The entire experience from the beginning to end was almost perfect. I did feel like I could have saved $$ on the transport free since I received so many bids from other transports for $200 less, but decided to let them handle the transport. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I would totally recommend doing business with Bracken Motors.
