She is honest, kind and diligently works so hard to answer all your questions and meet ALL your needs in a timely and polite manner. She does everything from arranging the paperwork to the delivery of your car. And the minute you have a question or a need she is right on it! The hardest worker doing everything she can to help you. She made this experience very positive and made it possible for me to buy a wonderful car!

Contacted Brian with Bracken Motors this morning we talked about a Ford Ranger on his lot. Met with Brian later this afternoon and I drove off with the Ranger. Very friendly courteous and very easy to work with.

We received very Good service. They were Very prompt on returning phone calls. They were also very easy to work with. Would consider buying another vehicle from them.

We purchased a Nissan Versa from this dealer. In less than a month, the check engine light came on. Catastrophic engine failure. We had to trade it in on another vehicle and get what we could. Lost several thousand dollars on this car. Of course we assumed the risk of purchasing from a small dealer and we bought the vehicle “as is”. Other than the lemon we purchased, we had a good experience. He is just the typical small dealer where you never know what you are going to get. After taking the vehicle to get repaired, the codes in the data logger indicated the vehicle had been running hot for a while. I don’t know this, but I surmise he could have easily known this. But maybe not.
