The guy that’s in charge for the crew that does the oil

The guy that’s in charge for the crew that does the oil change is so rude. I remember the old one they used to have. I would tell them I had another issue and they would fix the same day and now he wants me to make appointment for every little single thing And they checked the water fluid and they didn’t put any. The light is still on in it on the paper, they wrote that it was fine

I had a very good experience with this dealership. They looked my car over, gave me an assessment of the problem, and gave me clear options for dealing with the problem. They also let me know what the result if dealing with it right away or waiting to deal with it would be. I will definitely go back. All the workers were friendly too.

I am greeted with kindness and respect the moment I enter

I am greeted with kindness and respect the moment I enter the service department at Jeff Belzer’s Jeep. The lounge is clean and the coffee is great here. The cashier is a gem, as is everyone in the service department. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like a family. I am sorry I didn’t make my vehicle purchase here. But I have become a faithful service customer and look forward to buying my next Jeep at Jeff Belzer’s Roseville Jeep. Thank you for treating me like family, not like someone to be tolerated.

The service was very good.

The service was very good. Took less than a half hour for oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased and Tim was very nice to work with

Kory P. was great to work with! Couldn’t reach a deal because I was ultimately over budget but the process was pleasant, understanding, and thorough! Go see him! I’m from out of state but he was able to answer all my questions and send whatever photos and videos requested. I hate going to dealerships but wouldn’t hesitate if I had to interact with him again. Please request him by name and give him a chance to earn your business.
