My Experience here was top notch.

My Experience here was top notch. I am two hours away and they accommodated me to get on the road as quick as possible. I called about a Malibu that had an “internet” price and Bobby was fully transparent by sending me the out the door price that matched the listing before I showed up. It was really hassle free! Definitely recommend thanks Bobby and staff for helping me out! 10/10

My experience was great because all staff was tentative

My experience was great because all staff was tentative to my needs on finding the right car for me. I waited patiently on my new vehicle (Trax) to be delivered. My sales person (Steve N) was an awesome patient person by not being the aggressive salesperson. The finance manager (Jeff) was also awesome, knowledgeable and very professional. He to was patient by explaining each and every form to me before I initial/signed. I definitely will recommend Tasca Chevrolet to my friends.

I was searching for a chevy Trax for my daughter.

I was searching for a chevy Trax for my daughter. In 4 days I was at 8 dealerships. Most of them said that they have the Trax. Then when I would get to the dealerships they were sold. It was the same story ever where sorry just sold the last one. Then my daughter called Tasca Chevy and Dan answered and told Her they have one. So at 6:45 at night we hurried up to get there. When we got to the dealership we where greeted by a very nice sale associate named Penny. We sat down to talk about the Trax, when She said it was sold. She said how sorry she was and that Dan made a mistake. Penny could just see the frustration on my and my daughters face. Like I explained to all the dealership She my Daughter needed a vehicle now. She had no car to goto work. So Penny said give Her a minute. She came back with Dan who was apologizing for His mistake. Dan and Penny where trying to make right. So what they offered a possible solution. They offered my daughter a loner car until the next shipment came. I could not believe that Dan and Penny would do this for me. None of the other dealership any thing. Of course I said yes. They just made me feel like I was part of the family by the way they went out of there way to help me. So a little over a week came and we pick up my daughters new car. Thank you Dan And Penny! I hope your dealership realize how lucky they are to have a team like Dan and Penny.
