I purchased a used Telluride from Krystle. She was great, very knowledgeable and personable, made the car buying experience a pleasure. She’s the reason for the 5 stars. There was a small scratch on the tailgate that they repaired for me prior to delivery. I appreciated that. The only thing I wish they would have done differently was replace all 4 tires during the reconditioning. To their credit, the two that they replaced were good Michelins. I almost walked away from the deal when I thought the two cheap tires on the rear were the replacements. I was wrong and they did have good tread left but now I have mismatched tires. Some people probably don’t care, but I do and I’ll pay to replace them. Overall, good experience, friendly staff, clean dealership and great communication from Krystle. I would recommend Tasca Chevrolet.

So here’s the thing, I’ve been a Jeep guy my whole life, but because of these guys, I made the switch to Chevy. Dan, my salesman, and Jeff, the finance manager, were both fantastic to work with, professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. On top of that, even when I owned my Jeep, this dealership did a far better job servicing and taking care of my vehicle than the Jeep dealership I originally bought it from. That level of care and consistency really stood out and ultimately made the decision easy.
