I brought my car in after explaining to them that I

I brought my car in after explaining to them that I wanted the front end and brakes checked only to have them call back and say I needed tires. This I already knew. The front end wasn’t cjecked and neither were the brakes What’s the point in making an appointment only to have the main reason you brought the vehicle in ignored. Thank you. Beth Vara P.S. both times I spoke to Tim on the phone he was very rude. He’s not much better in person. Poor customer service

1/10 service. Almost ripped me off 2200 dollars. Ended up bringing it down to 1400. Absolutely absurd.

The service advisors, Zachary & Tim, were very poor at

The service advisors, Zachary & Tim, were very poor at communicating. They did not keep me informed via phone calls or texts despite my requests. When I called they were often unable to provide requested info about the repairs except for very general info. And when the initial repair attempt did not work, it took 3 more days to get the second repair completed. I had to keep calling them for any info. Eventually, Zack actually did get more detailed info to me after I contacted him.

I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the

I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in a panic. Worried about cost, was i going to make my friends wedding..... So I'm sure i was difficult to handle. But this is why I'm leaving this review, they were so nice and so upbeat that I felt they were truly there to help. Which I believe that kind of customer service is so hard to get. Thanks again Service Dept.
