Brought car in for a courtesy detail and multi point

Brought car in for a courtesy detail and multi point inspection. Service advisor was prompt, courteous and helpful . Took a little over an hour, but car looked great. Provided a punch list of items that needed attention and the advisor answered all my questions and addressed any concerns.

The people were nice to work with however working through

The people were nice to work with however working through the deal was somewhat confusing and had to make special requests for the prices of it on packages. It wasn’t transparent. But again the people were good to work with.

The service I received was efficient.

The service I received was efficient. The work I needed was completed in a timely manner. And the free car wash after the work was completed was a nice touch and much needed saving me time and money. Thanks

Actual service is great.

Actual service is great. Otherwise small stuff, like online notifications for appointments needs some updating. I received a text notification for my upcoming appointment 10 minutes after I checked in for an oil change/ tire rotation. Further exacerbating my disappointment I received an email discount for the exact service I had just paid full price. Insulting!

I have worked with the Zeigler service team for many years. To be exact since 2015 with great success. When there was a problem with my repair expectations the service team worked “Zach” to correct or fix the issue.
