Zack in the maintenance department is a Real joy to deal

Zack in the maintenance department is a Real joy to deal with. We brought my '01 van in for an oil change and were notified that there were other issues that needed to be dealt with. Zack and the other guys had my vehicle done a day faster than we expected!

Worst place I have ever been.

Worst place I have ever been. Claimed my car was safe and in the 2 weeks I've owned it my brakes locked up and began SMOKING as well as my alternator going out. SHADY BUISNESS

Brought my car in for a locking issue.

Brought my car in for a locking issue. You ordered the part and did not call when the part came in (the tech said he did call). I had to call a few days later wondering if it was in yet. Brought it over to fix and did not get a call when it was completed (the tech said he did call). Brought it back since there was still something wrong and got a call that the issue that we thought there was, actually, is not an issue at all. The paperwork said that the light should stay on in the back with the gate down and it was not. After I brought it in, I was told that this is not an issue. The light is supposed to not stay on - had to come out there again to pick up the truck.
