I have just bought a 2024 Ford Edge.

I have just bought a 2024 Ford Edge. The experience was great. I have bought several Fords from this dealership over the years and highly recommend them. From the sales persons, management and service department, every department is exceptional.

I have been searching for a specific Ford Bronco for a while and finally found the exact one at Freedom Ford in Greenville, TX. Mark Herrera, Ethyn Doyle and Stephen Chandler provided an exceptional buying experience. They maintained communication each step along the way and were also flexible in supporting our Thanksgiving holiday schedule last week. Greenville, TX Ford was a pleasure to work with and

Greenville, TX Ford was a pleasure to work with and offered a top notch pre-owned vehicle. Many other dealers I have visited present "clean" cars, but were worn out rattle buckets that should've been wholesaled out. My sales rep Colby was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. Rare in a young person these days! From test drive to purchase of my 2020 Explorer (and trade of my 2019 Santa Fe) was flawless. I felt confident I was buying a quality automobile that had been thoroughly checked over, cleaned, and maintained. The only reason I an not giving a 5 star rating is they waited until paperwork was done and handed me a single Key Fob explaining they only got one in return. I gave them two for my Santa Fe. I either had to PURCHASE one from them or a locksmith. Frankly, that is xx!! If a dealer (especially a Ford from Ford) is going to spend money on tires, brakes, "ceramic coatings" (for $1500) then they should xxxx sure throw in a lousy key!!!! I accepted it anyway and Colby was kind enough to recommend a very nice locksmith who totally set me up with another key for $200. Overall, I am totally satisfied with my purchase. But the one key issue will be forever etched in my mind. Next time I trade and give a xxxx dealer 2 keys I will check up front for 2 keys or NO DEAL!! That's just bad business. Period.
