Great dealership who made it easy to purchase vehicle out of state. Picked us up at airport even! The whole experience was great considering I dread buying cars. Team worked to make it an easy transaction.

I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

Probably the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. One day to test driver and check out the car, then probably less than 15 minutes at the dealership the day I came to pick it up. No hassle, easy car buying experience.

This dealership took my cheque and never deposited to Toyota financial services. Now my credit score has dropped by 156 points. They are not picking my calls anymore and they have refused to refund my money. Do not go here!!! Both the sales and the service people do not care and now they have been successful in destroying my credit completely!

I did not end up buying a car here but they were very helpful and transparent about the process .

I didn’t end up buying the car from them because it sold before I was able to grab it, but the sales associate, Melissa, was very nice and offered to show me similar vehicles.

Terrible communication and customer service. Unfortunately they were the only dealer within a reasonable distance that had the vehicle I wanted. My salesperson was pretty much nonexistent and even had to put my own plate on. Glad I never have to return to this dealer and hope inventory increases so others can pick a dealer that will respect them and treat them as they should be treated.

Contacted LUV, the vehicle was already sold. They had another similar truck but the person who contacted me could not discuss that truck and would have someone else contact me. No one contacted me about the potential alternative vehicle. Why deal with someone that won't contact you. Guess my money isn't any good for them. Sheila was very pleasant to talk to, Rob was the person that was so call me and didnt.

We had an excellent buying experience at Luv Toyota.We received 5 star service from the very start. Since we found the car online and lived 400 miles away from the dealership. we had to make several phone calls and send text messages. Dave Manning, our salesman, was very patient and went out of his way to answer all of our many questions regarding not only the car itself, but also of buying a car from out of state in a prompt and timely manner. He made the car buying process fast and easy. We appreciated his knowledge of the Toyota Avalon since we have never previously owned one.
