BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Great buying experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or preowned vehicle. Pricing as advertised online was top notch compared to the same vehicles in the area. The process was fast and easy, they got me in and out, in my new ride, in less than 2 hours.

This dealership now goes by the name “LUV Toyota of

This dealership now goes by the name “LUV Toyota of Bradford.” Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time at this Stealership. We visited this dealer with the intention of purchasing a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid that was in stock. We asked for pricing and a quote to trade in our vehicle. Now we know why this dealer has a hard to find car in stock when the honest dealers have waiting lists. It took 2.5 hours for the dealership to provide a trade in quote. The quote was considerably below what we were expecting, and thousands under what other dealers have offered. The sales manager, Gabe, took over the conversation, was rude, interrupted us numerous times and was insulting. When we said that we would consider purchasing the new car and selling our car on our own, the sales manager attempted to talk us into “long term financing.” I repeatedly said no, that we would be paying cash, and the sales manager wouldn’t take no for an answer. Ultimately, once this dealer figured out that we weren’t going to sell them our car for significantly less than what it was worth, that they weren’t going to make money on financing, extended warranties, or any other nonsense, they became disinterested in working with us. The sales manager, Gabe, should be ashamed of his questionable business practices. Gabe deliberately employed stall tactics, talked over us, and repeatedly interrupted us. It’s clear that if this dealer can’t rip off its customers, they move on to a more gullible victim. Even if this place has what you’re looking for, don’t bother.

Worst experience

Worst experience ever… found used truck interested in.. contacted dealership in Jamestown… sent pictures and info of my trade as requested…. Four days later still no trade number on my truck…I had to keep contacting my salesman for any update… found out truck I was interested in was at Bradford location.. called there… spoke to a salesman briefly till we were cut off… tried to contact him again… got a text he would call me back… SURPRISE.. never did…. That’s when I took my business elsewhere.

Best buy ever

Went in and looked at a new car on Good Friday. Wanted to deal with Pete Peterson. He was out to lunch as he did not know I was coming. The finance manager (Cody) called Pete and Pete was there in minutes. While waiting for Pete the manager (Tyler) came over to help us. He pulled the car in so we could look at it while waiting for Pete. We went over the deal and Pete got me everything I wanted. We signed the papers the next day. That is the fastest we have ever bought a car. All the employees were very friendly, helpful and polite. One of the salesman even charged my phone as it was dead and I needed it. You need a car, ask for Pete Peterson.

Great Service

I have bought six corollas since 2005 and have had no mechanical problems. Chad the service manager is on top of his game and he takes great care of his customers. I have never had better service anywhere else.

Service

Dealership was unable to reset "maintenance due soon" code. Said they would call Monday with the sequence to reset, which did not happen. Figured it out myself.

Good Service Experience

The Service dept. responded to my vehicle needs and made timely appointments to repair. Service plays a big part of my being a return customer for service and sales at this dealership. Keep up the great job!
