Bought a vehicle about 2 weeks ago. Came home to headlight fogged up after rain they stated that it was “normal” when it’s not. Took vehicle to Mercedes and they said the dealer you purchased from needs to fix this. I texted the issue to my sales guy and he sent a thumbs up emoji… forward to today i get error messages that my lights are not working. Absolutely disappointing to get this kind of treatment from dealership. New Mercedes headlight $3000 for 1 Brakes were also stated that it was in good condition. They are squeezing and bad stopping distance another $600 without labor. This is not what you look for after you purchase a vehicle through a dealership that does a “100”+ point inspection.

Service Advisors Noah and Reggie are always the best and very helpful. They are the best part of my experience. However, far too many concerns and issues have risen since my initial purchase with this car and I’m not a happy cadillac owner at this time. Wiring going out. Issues with the muffler! Way too many issues with what should have been a more pleasant owner experience.

Very nice, professional and honest.
Very nice, professional and honest. In fact, after inspection, they told me I didn't need everything done that I expected, saving me about $300! The could have done the work I expected and I'd never have known it wasn't needed. They also have a very nice waiting area. I'll definitely be returning here.

Bob, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Our goal is to get you in and out in under 90 minutes, and we failed during your visit. We are looking into this and will certainly be using this feedback to better our processes moving forward. In regard to our scheduling department, they actually are on site. They sit right next to the Service Advisors on the far right. We do have an off site call center for outside of business hours. We apologize for any confusion.
