Lied about when my car would be ready said it would be
Lied about when my car would be ready said it would be Friday called me on Thursday to inform me my car was ready when I got there Jose Torres said that only half was ready sorry oops my bad and they know that I live 55 miles away so they made me drive 100+ miles that day for no reason at all. When I called on Monday, the day that Ferdinand the manager said it would be ready, it was also not ready it will be ready Tuesday. When we confronted them about that lie they said they were about to call and say it wasn’t ready, the call was at 3:45pm and they know I’m coming in the morning for sure. When I called today to confirm with them that my car was ready bc I did not want to drive the mini van rental all the way there for a second time for no reason I was met with attitude. Don’t buy or lease any jeep wrangler 4xe unless you are willing to deal with xxxxxxxx from anyone and everyone that works there. Not worth your time these are awful cars that come with more problems than positives. This is my second and last jeep from them bc of this specific experience.

Hi Ferdie If you actually cared you would have done something the two times that I came in, one of which was for no reason at all. I do not need some xx AI response. I know for sure you have the time to write it yourself because yall dont actually do anything helpful there. You know what I want and none of you care. I only got half of the paperwork I asked for over the phone. This is becoming a pattern when you start a job finish it before you tell anyone to waste an entire day of their lives and job. I should have figured after I was treated that nothing would ever be done properly. I am not overreacting. If my father came in instead of me (young female) I would not have been treated this way. We both know this. Jose Torres did not even apologize. That's so rude.

Lonna the service representative is absolutely amazing, originally I came in for an oil change and Lonna checked the service records and found an important recall notice that needed to be taken care of immediately. Lonna then arranged for an Uber ride home . Thank you Lonna !

Very satisfied with my experience purchasing the minivan
Very satisfied with my experience purchasing the minivan from Josh. I had purchased a new Caravan in 2006. This time, I visited 4 dealers, Josh was outstanding with replying to my budget in writing within hours. He did not try to use urgency or drama to push product. I was able to see different vehicles at other dealerships via the internet for the first time. I felt I got a fair price today. Richard took us on our test drive, I enjoyed his good nature humor. He programmed our CarPlay and answered our questions.

I don’t like going to dealerships because I feel very intimidated by not having the freedom to look around by yourself. Although it was my son who dealt with the dealership he expressed that Rod was very pleasant . When I went to finalize the purchase I felt comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional.
