We sold two used cars through this dealership and it was so easy. I needed a price for the two which was higher than the Kelley blue book and they were able to make it happen. And since we had a hard deadline (flights !) they made sure we were all ready to go when we dropped the cars off the checks were already ready. Hillary was a star and kept in touch by text which made it so easy and phone when I needed. Thanks !

We made a long distance purchase. Once we committed to buy, we experienced extremely poor communication. No one kept me in the loop. We had much better service buying a car on Carmax.

Please be careful!

Please be careful! Sold us a defective car as a certified used car. Service department doesn’t call back and you are unable to call that department directly. Our certified Jeep Cherokee floor mats were soaking wet after the rain storms, we drop the car off on a Friday. The service manager Paul, said they couldn’t get to it until Monday. I agreed, but told them I am concerned with mold/mildew, he assured me that wouldn’t happen. The floor was soaked! They didn’t get to the car or open it up until the end of the week! They didn’t keep us updated until we physically had to go into the service department to speak to a department manager. They said they couldn’t find the problem but took the car apart to try to duplicate where the leak was coming. Still unable to find the problems and several more days later with little communication, they told us we need to pay for a detail because the car smells like mildew! Mildew from them leaving the car closed up for several days! Anyhow we picked up the car this last Wednesday. Department manager said they couldn’t find a problem but sealed the car. Three days later, it rains. Car floor is soaked again on drivers and passenger's side. Not sure what they sealed, but of course service department is not calling us back. This dealership sold us a defective car! Total fraud. Please protect yourself!

So now we went from no response from a service director, back to a service manager?? We have already been in contact with a service manager Paul and no resolution. Again, as stated in initial review, no response or care from this dealership. Be Careful!

This Dealership got me for 20K Less Than A Year.

This Dealership got me for 20K Less Than A Year. New Engine Old Parts. Policy? Went to this Dealership Due to A Tic I was hearing, Come to Find Out The Top Of My Engine Blown. I was Assured My Car Was Good To Go....... Less Than Couple Of Months Later Bottom BlownThen I was Told I need A New Engine. Then It Went Down From There And 20k Later.
