There was no sticky sales pitch +++ He let me look at the car and basically had documentation to answer all my questions... it was a good experience...

Customer service was great as the salesman David did not put any pressure on us to buy the car and did everything we asked without question when we asked for the car report. Although he was not as knowledgeable about the car as I would have liked, he was very friendly making conversation with us during the test drive. Buying a car can be extremely stressful, but buying from this location with this salesman took so much of the stress off. I also felt that I got a great deal on the car looking at its history and compared to other compact cars that where for sale with that mileage. I would highly recommend buying a car from this location and especially from David Harrison, who I believe is a "what you see is what you get" salesman.

The salesman, Dave Harrison at Fitzgerald Auto Mall were very helpful and polite during the entire process of looking, test driving, and buying the car I wanted. I found the car I wanted online and went to the dealership to check it out. It was in great shape and at a good price.

My experience was GREAT! The salesman was Coby Tederick he was very knowledgeable of the cars and very helpful in my selection. Chance the finance manager also was very helpful as well, I went in on Friday looked at some cars the car I ended up purchasing in PA they took time out went the PA on Sat brought it back inspected it and was ready for me that afternoon I really appreciate all that they did in my car search.

I absolutely recommend the Fitzgerald Suzuki dealership to anyone. I have never had a pleasant car-buying experience until this weekend, when I bought my brand new, Suzuki SX4 (AWD Crossover). It is the greatest looking car and it handles so well. I have a serious case of car love. But not just that- the salesman that worked with me, Chris Nielsen, arranged an excellent deal for me. He really cared about giving me a good deal and good service. He wasn't just out for himself but was genuinely interested in seeing that we both benefited from the deal. He was honest and he treated me with respect. He valued my time. I left with a brand new, wonderful-looking vehicle with payments lower than the vehicle I traded in. If everyone did business that way it would be a different world. I know that I sound like a commercial, but doing business with Chris Nielsen at Fitzgerald Suzuki was such a nice surprise I wanted to do something to thank him, which is why I am writing this review. Anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle who is hesitant because of past bad experiences should go to Fitzgerald Suzuki and ask for Chris Nielsen. Ok, i am getting off of my soapbox now. I found a couple of vehicles I was interested in on the autogroup's main website. I traveled in to this site to view some of them and hoped to get a test drive. When I got there, the main one I wanted to see had been sold and the others were at alternative sites. The saleman didn't waste my time, provided me a card and encouraged me to call him if I wanted him to bring the car I was interested in over. This was a nice change from all the other salesmen at the other 5 car dealerships I had visited that week that were either pushy, insistent or appeared to be lying. I called him back, had him bring the car over, drove it and loved it. The smoothest transaction I've ever had. Recommend and will be willing to resuse when the need arises.

It was just by chance I bought a car at this dealer but in the end couldnt have been happier with my experience. I saw a new sharp red car while driving by this dealership on 85 Buckeystown Pike. Was really surprised when I learned this car was made by Suzuki. A Suzuki Kizashi. After researching other vehicles the decision was easy and 5 days later I ended up buying the Kizashi. So far I couldnt be happier with it. The Salesman who sold me the car was named Chris Nielsen and he was by far the best car salesman Ive dealt with. Very polite, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and the other employees that work there I came into contact with were great as well.
