Horrible Experience. Worst Customer Service Ever.
Purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealer in February 2022. They also pushed me into purchasing an extended warranty plan. They said it is being accepted in all the kia dealers USA and the warranty is attached to the VIN number of the vehicle. They LIED to me about this, none of the KIA dealers in my home state NJ are accepting this “warranty plan” and they do not see any extended warranty information on the VIN of the car. I have been trying to reach them about this for days!!! Jasmine financer, Dave salesperson, and the manager not even bothering me to call me back. Ignoring the customer is worse than lying to them. Totally unprofessional. Once they sell you the car, good luck with getting the help you need from these people.
