Worst experience ever. Atlantic Kia at West Islip absolutely dishonest dealership. I made an appointment on the phone for a used car. The dealer showed me the car I test drove it. Then we set down to talk about the price and fees .. Told him I’m paying cash. What is the cash price and the tax and fees? He had to talk to the financial manager. Waited over an hour , he showed me two other car. Finally the manager came and telling me the car was sold. How and to whom,? I just test drove the car . I hade enough of the xx so just left. Be careful with this guys!

Misleading Pricing & Dishonest Practices Beware if you’re planning to pay cash at Atlantic Kia — their advertised prices don’t apply unless you finance through them. I was originally texting with Eddie, who told me there would be a $2,000 “fee” because, and I quote, “that’s what the bank charges them for taking cash.” Total nonsense. When I pushed back and pointed out that this was really about the dealership losing out on the financing kickback (yes, dealers make money when you finance through them), he eventually admitted it was to make up for the profit they wouldn’t get from me financing. That’s deceptive and shady. So just know this: if you’re paying cash, expect to pay $2,000 more than any price they post online. It’s a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Absolutely not how a reputable dealership should do business. 👎

Scam shop. The listed price doesn't include many thousands of dollars of "fees" that they will tack on once you see the car. Then you'll agree on a price, and they'll put additional fees in when you get the finance people. At that point you have wasted hours and they will pressure you to just get it over with. Call ahead and get the ALL IN PRICE - BEWARE!!!

Andrew and Malvin took good care of me. He was great from beginning to end. They took their time to let me see and drive the car and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable on all the details about the EV9. But most importantly they were open to negotiate with me to make it a good deal. Overall great car buying experience.

Stay away from this dealer and their deceptive business practices. I went into this dealership in good faith wanting to buy a new vehicle. When I sat down with a salesman we discussed a price and shook hands and finalized it. We then went to a financial manager, Alex, who has you sign alot of paperwork intentionally leaving out that they surreptitiously raised the cost 20,000 more than what I discussed with the salesperson. It was not until I reviewed the paperwork that I realized how they intentionally deceived and took advantage of me by failing to notify me of the sales price which I would be financing. I then called Alex back and he was extremely unprofessional and refused to give me his general manager's name and refused to discuss why I was charged an additional 20,000. He stated to me that there's nothing he can do. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with NYS DMV so that they can no longer operate by deceiving customers. All the positive reviews are because they force you to write a review before you meet with a financial advisor and you are conned by workers like alex.
