DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I made the horrible mistake of buying a new 2023 Genesis GV70 and had the car transported to the state I lived. Because I was out of state, the dealership tried to pull one over on me. The contract stipulates all the add-on features that come with the car. Get ready for it: the car didn't have ANY of the contractual items. And it gets better: the car arrived in a deplorable condition - oil marks from their employees all over the car seats, scratches on the interior of a brand new car. Alex (salesman) and Jamie (finance) will stop answering all communications - this is their pattern of behavior as you can see from other reviews. This is contract fraud and misrepresentation at the finest. I'm now going to hire a lawyer, and file complaints with both the Investigations Division of the DMV and Genesis Headquarters. Buying a car from here will be the worst mistake you ever make - don't do it. Listen to all the other reviewers who warned against their shady and illegal business practices. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER.

Don't bother

If you are ready to buy, have great credit, even willing to fly out, but would like to get the runaround, wait days for answers about the warranty, etc., this is the perfect dealership for you. I was ready to go and just needed the most basic information before I flew out (i.e., photos or video of the car and the warranty information). They could not have made the process more painful. The deal is not going through even though it would’ve been done quickly and easily and I was ready to hop on a flight, which they knew. Unnecessary games. Met all the bad stereotypes of a dealership buying experience. On the contrary, I went to a Volkswagen dealership to buy my daughter a car just a few months ago and it was easy peezy. The whole deal was done in 45 minutes. I was dreaming when I thought I could have the same experience here.

The staff was professional and friendly, shout Dean for all the help. Overall the experience was longer than expected due to time taken between the insurance company and the dealership. With that being said it was a good experience.

Was good. They actually said they couldn’t identify my issue but when I got the car back it was fixed, can’t argue with that

Great service.

Great service. Very accommodating staff. Would highly recommend this dealer. While they didn't have a loaner vehicle available for me, they provided an uber ride to my apt and back after my service.

Brand spanking new!

Brand spanking new! Beautiful dealership with a nice sitting area. Would be nice to add somewhere I can use a desk in the event I need to pull out my laptop and work.......IF I sad there during the service. But instead, I found out there is a concierge service that can come and pickup my vehicle from wherever and then bring the car back after service, along with a loaner car! But in this instance, I forgot about this service. But instead of having me sit and wait, Benson called me an Uber. I'ts the little things that matter when it comes to customer service and Benson noticed. He called me an "Uber Pet" because I had my small dog! And when it was time for me to come and pick up my vehicle, Benson called another Uber Pet to bring me back to the dealership. Very happy. I do need to return for a follow up due to a recall that needs to be completed. But I know they will make it quite easy. I may just sit in the lounge and do some work and drink all the coffee and snacks they have. Since it's so new, maybe they can add a TV or some soothing music?
