My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Cody Brock numerous times over the last few years as we have had a growing family and needed bigger vehicles. Cody is up front, honest and just a genuine good person. My family and extended family only go through Cody and the Arrow brand. For the last 2 years any questions I had, I would contact Jessi and she would take care of my questions immediately. Jessi is the only salesperson I will deal with and I highly recommend her. I have had an amazing experience buying cars from this company. I had Cody Brock help me with the process as it was my first time buying a car, he made sure he was there throughout the whole process. I told him what I was looking for and within 2 test drives I knew what car I wanted. I went up to finance and the process was so easy and quick! the customer service within each department was top notch. throughout the whole experience if I had any questions or concerns they were answered right away. The finance manager Loy and he was so nice and helpful as well. a year later, I was ready to trade my car in for something a little nicer and I called Cody and he told me what all steps I needed to do and it was an amazing experience. He even called me a few months after to check in and make sure I was still loving my new car. when it comes to buying cars some people see it as an all day experience but each time the process was so quick and easy. My experience with Arrow Point Auto Mall was by far the smoothest, friendliest, easiest process of purchasing a car that I have ever experienced. My salesman, Cody Brock, had a fact-based answer to every one of my questions regarding the vehicles I was interested in. Mr. Brock was also very friendly and did not mind at all if I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles just to be sure. Even through the financial process Mr. Brock was well prepared with his answers and stuck around to ensure everything went smoothly.
