Their service is amazing. When I first returned from Germany I took the car to another BMW dealership and they did not take the time to enter my vehicle into the main USA BMW system. Joy at BMW of Rockville went out of her way to make sure everything was updated the in the system and spent the time to explain everything required for my service, and even advice to prevent further damage in the future. I’ll definitely only go to Rockville for service and purchases.

Exceptionally responsive service. Alex Sellouk in sales has been a pleasure to work with. Never pushy as my purchase process was delayed with COVID, but politely stayed in touch and was responsive when needed.

I live MUCH closer to another BMW than to BMW of Rockville, but chose to give this a try after some less-than-ideal experiences at another location and BOY am I happy I did! Suvin helped me buy my M3, was so kind and courteous, fast and efficient, and took excellent care of me in every step of the transaction. The financing team was not pushy with all the add-ons, and even the courtesy car/rental team (I had to leave my old car there getting repaired before buying my M3 and needed one) was also really efficient and kind - no snobbery here. I will ONLY use this BMW going forward, even if it's farther away. And if you are looking for concierge, white-glove service, call Suvin! He's fantastic!

I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and being pre-approved for financing. Emmitt is the only salesman who greeted me and took an interest in me as a customer. Emmitt was knowledgeable, has the perfect southern charm, and did not rush my decision. Emmitt was able to get me in the X5 I wanted with additional features I didn't know I needed within my price point. My overall experience at BMW of Rockville was HORRIBLE!! There are some clear racial and sexist issues that are evident from the sales managers and finance managers. Although BMW Rockville is a legitimate dealership they depict the stereotypical behaviors of a used car dealership...EXCEPT FOR EMMITT. If you must buy a car from BMW Rockville, go see Emmitt. He is the only thing that would make me buy my next BMW from them and the only salesman I recommend.

Great dealership with a very nice floor room. Go see Alex and Faria. They are friendly, honest and informed, and they take the time to get to know you and listen to your needs. They deserve 10 stars, but I could only give 5. Highly recommend this place.
