Great service!

Not my home dealership but needed service done while in Maryland. I first went to the Silver Spring location and was not pleased with the service I was given there for a previous service issue. The only other close location was Rockville BMW. I was pleasantly surprised how different I was treated at the Rockville location. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable from check in, to the service desk and finally being assigned to working with a service advisor. I was assigned to service advisor since this was my first time at that location. Jeff Doss was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Where Silver Spring said they had trouble researching all of my warranties and coverages, Jeff was able to find easily. He answered all my questions with ease and patience. This was a polar opposite experience I had at the Silver Spring location. When in Maryland, I would not hesitate to contact Jeff for service. Driving a few more miles to Rockville is worth having a better experience that doesn’t leave you frustrated and feeling like you are given misinformation just to make a sale. Save yourself from the aggravation, it’s stressful enough having to get service on your car. At the very least, you can have a good experience.

Very good service

Very good service overall... Highlight: Maria got us to test 3 cars until we found the car that we wanted, which took a good 4 hours.

An Awesome Experience!

I recently visited the BMW dealership in Rockville to have my car serviced. The customer service was impeccable. My service representative Joy, provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and provided expert advice about the maintenance of my 2015 335i which no other dealership provided in the past.

Friendly professional service

Service was prompt, courteous and professional. I had a catastrophic failure due to belt pulley that snapped. Had to be towed in. They identified and totally repaired the problem. Labor cost is high, but expected from BMW, and I did receive expert service.

First in their class

The Washington DC metropolitan area has at least a half dozen BMW dealerships. BMW of Rockville helps you to find a car that suits your needs. Once you’ve purchased a car from the dealership, they provide top-notch service for that vehicle. Your assigned service person will get to know you and orchestrate service that is very straightforward. They provide the care your BMW needs at pricing that is highly competitive with other local BMW dealerships. Service is very courteous and polite and in a timely manner. This dealership goes out of its way to make sure that you are cared for with the best possible service. I drive past other BMW dealerships just to make sure that my car gets the care from BMW of Rockville!
