Sales dept and svc dept are top notch. In the past, taking your car in for svc (or even purchasing a car) was like going to the dentist to get teeth pulled. The sales team at LRHH is fantastic. We felt safe and confident the entire buying experience. Plus they’re fun to talk to. The svc dept is also great! Lots of communication, which i so appreciate! And total transparency. Great job to this entire dealership.

My wife is an old school motor head who will only drive a manual transmission, and not the entry level base models either. She’s been driving m/t BMWs for about 40 years now. Well as most will know, the m/t is a dying breed with availability dwindling. And her current 335xis was getting to 10 years old so we were looking for an upgrade for her. Oh boy it took a long time, but we finally found a beauty - a 440xi M Performance and it was coming online only 15 miles away from our home. We had been expecting to have to go out of state to find one. Anyway we went over to the dealership, Land Rover Hilton Head, and the viewing and purchase could not have been smoother. The total process took us into the next day, but only due to our not being prepared with our car’s title in hand (in the bank safe deposit box). We are thoroughly pleased and can highly recommend the dealership staff at LRHH.

I sent a text inquiring about a Land Rover Defender to the dealership. Received a prompt reply from Rachel. Arranged to meet her that day, and inspect the vehicle, and go for a test ride. Rachel was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. In less than an hour, she arranged an acceptable trade-in price, and had all the purchases paperwork ready to go! In less than two hours I drove away with my new Defender!

All work was done as per specifications. Apparently there is a shortage of qualified mechanics.

Unbeleivable courtesy, promptness and professionalism! From the moment I arrived until the moment I took possession of my serviced vehicle, I was given top shelf service. Jordan was aces! He reviewed everything, identified a recent factory service call for a software update I was not aware of, and clearly indicated where my issues were covered under warranty. He then arranged a loaner even though I failed to reserve one. I could not be happier with this Jaguar dealership!
