I am now driving one of the finest cars I've ever owned! My 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid is everything I had hoped it would be! Tony White and Randy Creech worked with me to get my car at a fair price. No high pressure, no hassle just fantastic custome service. I'm 75 and this may be the last car I buy. If so, my last experience was my best ever. Great people!

My first day there I was there 8 hours thinking
My first day there I was there 8 hours thinking everything was all set when I left I was finally happy to leave with the car I wanted. Come to find out 3 days later they said the bank did not approve the deal because my job was not verified after they had already gave me the car and I already had did changes to the vehicle. They said the bank did not approve it because the company business I work for did not have a landline but they spoke directly to the business owner and verified my employment. After that that had me drive 40 minutes everyday to the dealer because they either forgot to had me sign something or they needed to try to get another bank to approve it. It was all a big headache. Just for future reference please don't give a customer a car just to get a sale. Give it to them when everything has been finalized so that he does not have to go through what I went through. You got mine and my family exited for the new ride and after saying everything was finalized and approved u where ready to take the car back because it was actually not finalized to begin with.

Its not always about making a sale. Its about satisfying your customers so that one day in the future they will come back for another car. Dont get their hopes up and get them in a ride and later tell them the deal did not went through. Thats not the way u satisfy a customer.

The service I experienced at AutoNation was a very long
The service I experienced at AutoNation was a very long and untimely wait. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t leave until 6:45! I was there for an oil change and for them to look at my transmission. They changed the oil and also worked on some recalls I wasn’t aware of. I was told I need a $425 transmission flush. I don’t think I’ll be going back there for that unless I can leave my car for the weekend.

Staff was all pleasant from salesman to finance, Darren was very knowledgeable about features of different models and trim levels of each. Service department delivered the new car clean and with a full tank of fuel. This was the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased at this location and will be shopping there before any other dealerships whenever we are ready for another new vehicle.

The customer service was fine and the people were nice
The customer service was fine and the people were nice but I was there for service on a recall and needed the shuttle to get back but they didn’t have it, so I ended up having to wait an roughly an hour and a half.
