Staff was all pleasant from salesman to finance, Darren

Staff was all pleasant from salesman to finance, Darren was very knowledgeable about features of different models and trim levels of each. Service department delivered the new car clean and with a full tank of fuel. This was the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased at this location and will be shopping there before any other dealerships whenever we are ready for another new vehicle.

The customer service was fine and the people were nice

The customer service was fine and the people were nice but I was there for service on a recall and needed the shuttle to get back but they didn’t have it, so I ended up having to wait an roughly an hour and a half.

I arrived at 1:35 pm for a 1:50 pm appt for 30,000 mile

I arrived at 1:35 pm for a 1:50 pm appt for 30,000 mile service (Oil change & tire rotation - free service) Check for service necessary per recommended mileage. 2 hours later at 3:26pm I received a text from Autonation that my car was in the service bay. At 3:53 my service was completed. Service waiting time was totally ridiculous. This was my 2nd visit at Autonation for service. Time spent in waiting for simple service visits were both unacceptable. I have had Hyundai cars since 2012 in NC with no service wait time issues. I moved to SC in 2022 & have had terrible experience with Autonnation service wait times. I will be searching for a different dealership for my future service needs.

Great people friendly on top of things .

Great people friendly on top of things . The facility is very clean and new . There is no sales pressure to buy . Would recommend them if your looking for a new hyundai or a used car . Thanks again for the new elantra loving it .
