Currently without my new vehicle, was scheduled for

Currently without my new vehicle, was scheduled for wiring harness installation as part of my purchase agreement. Called by sales staff to set up appointment for 7/2 at 0800. Work NOT completed, not completed on 7/3, was NOT notified until 20 minutes before closing, can't get it on the holiday. Was advised a part had to be ordered, I should pick up my vehicle on 7/5, and another appointment will be made. I have NO vehicle for 4 days, it takes an hour to get to the dealership, and they'll provide me a loaner next time??? The finance guy had us watch a video that says loaners NEVER happen... I have no vehicle, YOUR DEALERSHIP SUCKS.

First Team has a wonderful building, clean and tidy.

First Team has a wonderful building, clean and tidy... would definitely have given 5 stars except we were there for over 4.5 hours because of a switch over in computers.....this was a straightforward cash sale, we would rather have come back another day than go thru such a long wait while things were sorted.
