Your sevice department screwed up my oil change and refused to correct it without inconvenience to me. I informed you that I was leaving on vacation in the next few days, but all I got from you was we're booked for 2 weejs. In addition, when I called on Monday and spoke to Sean I was told I would get a call back. It didn't happen. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, Newton Kia was gracious enough to take my car in right away and determined that my oil was down 2 quarts. Very interesting since you just did the 16,000 mile maintenance on the car the week before. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Matthews Kia and will be sending a complaint to your corporate office.

The young man seemed to be new and did not know any answers to my questions. But did not even ask someone else. That was frustrating. Though Brandon in parts was very pleasant and helpful.

They put stuff on work order that dosent get completed. Say they rotated tires but never did!

Very unhappy with lack of communication, service time and overall customer experience. We have been collectively without a vehicle for a month, with two separate visits for the same issue, which was not addressed until we reached out. Steve the finanace manager was very pleasant to deal with, but overall very unhappy with the whole experience.
