Never a bad experience here. They are always very pleasant and super helpful. Inspection and routine maintenance, and it was done quicker than anticipated.

Service visit was to compete a recall to replace reverse

Service visit was to compete a recall to replace reverse camera. Work was completed in about an hour, they also finished the visit with a complimentary car wash. The wait went quickly in their comfortable, well stocked wait area. Also, a special thanks to their service manager who patiently answered a number of my questions.

Very friendly and helpful, never pushing you to get something that you don’t want or need. I’ve bought from two other Kia’s in the past and I have had very good luck with them and I will definitely happy with the one I just bought.
