A Five Star Experience
My wife and I tend to hold on to cars longer than most, but decided it was time to upgrade our ten year old BMW. We chose Reeves initially, even though it was a 30 plus mile trip from our home, because their inventory allowed us to see the various color options on the 5 Series. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Aksel and given a tour of the showroom that housed examples of numerous models, and various exterior and interior colors. This included the incredible i8, that provided a giggle as we attempted to gracefully exit the drivers seat. Aksel listened to our interests/needs during the tour, and suggested that we go to the second floor show room (Candy Store), a massive covered expanse packed with various models, colors and features. We had a good idea of what the car should look like, and this environment was exactly what was needed to narrow our choices. All the while, our sales assistant was answering questions and tutoring us on the various features and capabilities of the new model in an unhurried, no pressure way. We left that day with a detailed spec sheet on two cars and a "out the door" price for consideration. After a few days of comparing options from other dealers, we returned to Reeves to claim our new car. To summarize our experience, it was "what it wasn't" that resonates for us. It was not the dreaded battle of wits to come to an agreeable price and the car we wanted. It was not high pressure sales. It was an enjoyable afternoon. After a career in the service industry, I am keenly aware of the difference between Genuine Hospitality and Hospitality. The former is one in which you Listen to the customer and provide the best result possible in a personable fashion. The latter is simply mouthing the words with little little or no Listening to the needs of the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Reeves to anyone interested in purchasing a new BMW. Ours was an enjoyable experience, start to finish.

Not just One but Two BMW
After 8 years since the last car I bought I suddenly decided to be in the market for a brand of car that will last, be realiable, safe but look great with it. When I met with Erick Martinez Reeves BMW's Sales Advisor not only did he had knowledge of the product but he is a great listener that understood my wants and needs and most important my budget. He made me extremely comfortable during the process which we all know that it can be stressful but not with Erick Martinez as he know just how to make it happen. He knows it so well that we ended up buying not 1 but 2 cars. No need to go out there shopping when he is there to help you with BMW and also with Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Maserati, Volkswagen, Subaru. Jessica Davis was my BMW Genius that was able to teach me how to understand and be comfortable with my new car, she is so nice and helpful and truly knowledgeable. I'm a Reeves customer now and forever. So if you or your family ad friends are in the market, go see Erick Martinez and not only become a customer but you become part of the Reeves family.

Clarissa is the BEST!
Beyond thrilled to be a new member of the Reeves family! After owning a Prius for 7 years I made the leap into a new 328i. Clarissa is truly amazing and a gem in my opinion! She helped me find THE PERFECT car with everything I wanted well within budget. I cant rave enough about her level of customer service! I will never buy a car anywhere else other than Reeves! I am very pleased with Reeves BMW customer service. I took my BMW 650i for service on 3/12/17 and met my service adviser Mr. Cliff who is very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out within minutes with my car ready to go. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Reeves BMW Service
Reeves BMW has a great Service staff and in particular I highly recommend Jason. His attention to detail as well as his experience as a BMW Service Advisor really shows. I was informed by Jason of my car needs as well as options. He even pointed out a couple of things that I need in addition to what i recognized but also what benefits i have to assist with my wheels/tires in terms of when i turn this vehicle in when my lease is actually up in a few months. The wait was not long, they wash your vehicle and provide a comfortable sitting area with WiFi, tea,coffee , fruit and a couple of 75 inch flat screen TV's!

Erick Martinez & Reeves BMW Were Phenomenal!! A+
It takes a lot for me to spend the time to write a review, but Erick Martinez at Reeves BMW in Tampa deserves extremely high praise for such incredible service. We were in the market to purchase a new Luxury SUV for my wife and from the very moment we walked in and were greeted by Erick, we were simply blown away. I could tell instantly that Erick took his job seriously and what really stood out to me were two things: He LISTENED, and he WORKED HARD. I don't trust people who don't do either one. Frankly, it is a rare thing indeed for a car salesman to use their ears more than their mouth, and the hustle and energy that Erick brought to finding us what we were looking for was obvious. He really listened intently and cared to understand what we truly wanted then worked hard to make it happen. Erick was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. He was also warm, personable, and all around great guy! After such a fantastic and positive experience, my wife and I would find it extremely hard to go anywhere else. We highly recommend Erick and Reeves BMW. It was a zero pressure professional and pleasant experience, led by Erick Martinez who is simply fantastic at his job. It's worth the ride
My experience at Reeves BMW was nothing but perfect. Even tho I have a BMW dealer just 10 miles from my house I did not want to do business there. I drove 3 hours to visit Reeves BMW of Tampa. By the very first phone call I recieved from Erin Lancaster I new I was in the right place. The personal attention I got from Erick Martinez was impeccable.
