Dan Peccorelli took care of all my concerns at the time of my visit. He did an exemplary job in keeping me up to date on my bg services as this is now my warranty I use for catastrophic failures. He and the entire crew in the service Dept are awesome. Please consider raising their pay as they deserve it!

Called and spoke with Michael Bennett to schedule some routine service maintenance. As always Michael was able to get me scheduled based on my availability. The work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Once again, very satisfied with my service experience at the Clearwater location.

I have needed very little service on my 2015 Yukon other than general maintenance. This last visit was for an oil change & tire rotation. During the review they identified several issues that needed attention. The time estimate was accurate and the actual cost was less than the estimate. I have never felt pressured at this dealership in either the sale side or the service department. As a bonus the staff has been well trained on friendliness and addressing customers even if they are not directly involved in the required service. Nice Job

They are quick to respond. Can easily make appointment if needed. Waiting at the facility is expedited & refreshments are easily accessed. All personnel are friendly & helpful.

I bought my car at your dealership after a while I did not use your service .I vent to a neighborhood service that it was closer to me but I found out i could not trust them .So I returned using your sevice department. If it was a service that required a longer time they always provided me with transportation or a loaner car beside prompt an reliable serve.

I chose this dealership because of the way I have been treated. Mike Bennett is a good service advisor. Very helpful, and very attentive to detail. The entire staff is great. Even the greaters are real nice and professional. Can't ask for more!
